  • Spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath private suite for up to 6 in historic downtown Brenham, blending Texas character with modern comfort. Walk to shops and dining, enjoy free on-premises parking, Wi-Fi, a complimentary first-morning Breakfast Basket, and a shared backyard with fire pit.
    The Brenham House is a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom private suite for up to six guests, located on the historic site of Brenham’s first German Lutheran Church. Original details, including the front steps, pair with warm wood floors, rustic décor, and distinctive cow-themed art for a memorable Texas stay.

    Sleep comfortably in a king bedroom and a queen bedroom, with a full-size futon in the living area for additional guests. The suite includes two full bathrooms: one with a walk-in shower and one with a shower/tub combination. Room-darkening shades help create a restful retreat.

    For your comfort and convenience, enjoy:

Our stay was exceptional!!! Can. Ot recommend Two Step, and our host Michelle enough. Super clean welcoming property that is close to everything. The house is well equipped with everything you’ll need for a pleasant stay. We will be back!

Great place to stay and the host is so sweet with little touches, but some quirks with the entrance door vs the hallway that make getting luggage in and out awkward. Hall bathroom lighting is definitely less than ideal. Very strong cleaning product smell the first day. Overall Would stay again.

While we stayed only one night, I highly recommend the property. We stayed in Two Step with two beds and two baths. It was a great size, beds were comfortable, all was clean. The property was in walking distance to a few restaurants. Michele went above and beyond in small touches that make you feel so pampered-like fresh cookies and blue bell ice cream in the fridge. It was absolutely lovely. Michele should train other owners on how to treat guests. Thanks Michele!

What a lovely place! The space was clean, well-supplied, and the beds were quite comfy! This was a great place to stay after a long day in Round Top wandering among the antiques. Even the water pressure in the shower was great. Michele provided snacks and coffee and there was even ice cream in the freezer for us. And there was a lovely outdoor patio to sit in and enjoy the Texas spring evening. I hope to come back. Thank you Michele!!

Me and my friend stayed at the Two Step last night for a friend’s wedding in Chappell Hill. From the minute you walk in the door, it smells like home! The antique decor and the cute Christmas trees in all the rooms made it feel so warm and cozy. The bedding is out of this world, you don’t ever wanna get up! The host Michele was the BEST! After the wedding, we sat outside in the lovely backyard listening to the water fountains that were so serene.Michele came out of her part of the Brenham House and lit the tiki torches for us. 10/10 for a short or long stay! Happy Holidays!
