Large bedroom with king bed. Kitchen has counter oven, microwave, 2 burner heating plate, sink, dishwasher and refrigerator. Blow up bed available if needed. Custom black out fabric shades. Direct tv. WiFi Back balcony has 2 rockers, 2 chaise lounges and a dining table and 2 chairs. Access to washer and dryer in main house. Quarters are above a garage that isn’t used.

Our second opportunity to escape to this appointed room for two with all you need to do nothing and Or explore this fun area Fun all around you or just a good nap. The stay is just 5 star hotel stay . It’s all there, thought out and provided For you . Nothing lacking. Great host we certainly hope to return regularly. Serene.

Peaceful stay
I cannot say enough about our stay. It was the perfect location, with a peaceful porch overlooking a pasture with sweet little donkeys. It was close enough to go shop antiques but far enough to get away from all the action. I would highly recommend this place. Decorated beautifully and fully equipped. Host was very attentive.

Beautiful property!!
This place is absolutely beautiful and was the perfect getaway while we attended Round Top antiques week. It was quiet, very comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I would highly recommend and definitely stay there again!

Provence escape for one or two
Easy unintended late arrival was perfect for us. Able to be in ample comfort with unexpected over the top decor and full capabilities even ice cream in the freezer . Large room king bed and one wall kitchen with suite like bathroom just past the closet with separate toilet and walk in grand shower with a view Best bed I’ve slept in. Up over a garage so private with a side porch place seating and lounging and lunch with a pasture view. Did we say we loved the splendid decor? Grateful for this lucky wonderful find. Yes, we hope to go back and soak up more
