Located in the heart of Grasberg, this beautiful penthouse apartment offers 100 sqm of modern living space for up to 3 guests. You have 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub, as well as a guest WC. All areas are barrier-free and easily accessible by elevator. The bright, spacious apartment is equipped with private Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and a dedicated workspace. For families with small children, a baby cot is available.  
  
Enjoy your private outdoor spaces with 2 balconies, an open terrace, and a covered terrace overlooking Grasberg. The rooftop terrace invites you to relax.  
  
A communal parking space is available at the house. Events are not permitted on the property. Your hosts live on site, but not in your booked apartment.  
  
You are right in the center of Grasberg, with all important facilities within walking distance. A bus stop is 100 meters away, and the bus goes directly to Bremen Central Station. Supermarkets, restaurants, a petrol station, and post office are within 200 meters. The artist village Worpswede, with sights related to Heinrich Vogeler, Barkenhof, museums, and concert hall, is 6 km away. Fischerhude, the second famous artist village with beautiful excursion destinations, can be reached after 12 km.
