- Pleasant house in a quiet residence with caretaker all year round. Close to the sea and all amenities on foot! Heated swimming pool open from June 15 to September 15 (non-private). 15 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne, St Gilles Croix de Vie and Olonne sur mer.<br>The house is composed on the first floor of a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, dining room and living room with TV, bathroom and toilet.<br> Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and TV. <br>The house is composed of a shed with barbecue, garden furniture, washing machine and bicycles.<br>loan of a high chair and a travel cot<br>All on 40m2<br>bicycles available. 3 adult bikes and 2 children <br>In a private residence with children's games and two petanque courts.<br>Private parking space <br>Pets not allowed<br>Rated 1 star by the tourist office

Parfait !
Propriétaire disponible, s'est adaptée gentiment à notre demande (location du vendredi au vendredi). L'appartement est situé dans une résidence calme, familiale. Le logement est propre, décoration simple, de bon goût à l'esprit vacances.
Il y a tout le confort.
Il se situe à 20 minutes à pieds de la première plage, des vélos sont proposés.
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour.

Super séjour
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. La maison est propre, accueillante et vraiment fonctionnelle. Fanny et Nicolas sont de super hôtes, vraiment disponibles et arrangeants.
La maison est proche de Saint Gilles croix de vie, les sables, talmont saint hilaire et bien d'autres villes de cette si belle région. Nous avons hâte de revenir y séjourner.
