I know Breckenridge pretty well and am very familiar with this building, but had never stayed there. Though the building is older, we didn't have any problems. The closet was a strange design and had child hangers so I'd recommend to the owners to get adult hangers. We loved the layout of the kitchen - though we didn't cook. It's not a chef's kitchen, but it would be great for reheating and preparing easier fare. I was pleased with the convenient check-in and parking. The instructions were clear and response to our question was super quick. The walkability is nice. It's a quick walk to restaurants and shopping/Main St. and easy to hit the mountain since the base of peak 9 is across the street. We were there for an ice hockey tournament and could've walked to the rink. Also convenient! It was relatively clean and bed was pretty comfy. It even had a little kitchenette. Check-in was difficult as they didn’t allow us to check in before 5 and you have to get a physical key from an office across town. Therefore we had to walk back and forth to get and return the key and it was a pretty snowy. They also required a early check-out so the even though it was a great location, we could take advantage of being right by the ski lift. ##### Katie G.
