Amazing location with rental spots and restaurants right below. Check in was a littttle bit confusing but they were very communicative with us on the day of.
The apartment was super cute with spectacular view. It was clean and had all the accommodations that we needed for our stay. We definitely stay here again!
Great location right across the street from Peak 9 lift area and steps from south Main St. Communication was great, check in and out was seamless. Awesome to have a parking spot in a garage!
Stayed overnight for a visot to see Isak Heartstone! Property management was easy to work with. I understand why, but the only thing I wish was different was receiving the property address earlier for gps travel.
The location was perfect, and having a dedicated parking in a garage was awesome, too. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for Breck accommodations.
The unit was nice overall. The bed was super hard, but that’s a personal preference. The parking which is under the building can be difficult at times. It is permit parking but there does not seem to be enough spots for all visitors. We were there at a busy time over the 4th of July.
The location is the best selling point! You are literally in the middle of town and can walk to most everything.

I know Breckenridge pretty well and am very familiar with this building, but had never stayed there. Though the building is older, we didn't have any problems. The closet was a strange design and had child hangers so I'd recommend to the owners to get adult hangers. We loved the layout of the kitchen - though we didn't cook. It's not a chef's kitchen, but it would be great for reheating and preparing easier fare.
I was pleased with the convenient check-in and parking. The instructions were clear and response to our question was super quick.
The walkability is nice. It's a quick walk to restaurants and shopping/Main St. and easy to hit the mountain since the base of peak 9 is across the street. We were there for an ice hockey tournament and could've walked to the rink. Also convenient!
If you're looking for a great location where you won't need your car, a nice balcony with a side view of the water, an easy home base, and don't need luxury, this spot would be a good fit.
Check in was easy (and we lucked out and got in a bit early!) everything was great. Location was fantastic. Everything was in the condo that we needed. Zero complaints!
This was by far the best location we have found to stay at and the best price! The surrounding area was extremely accessible and the hot tub was perfect after a long ski day. We will be back here next winter 😊
This is a great location for Breck. Extremely clean! The check in process was so easy. We did a have a couple issues with the property but the property managers were so easy to work with. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable but that could just be preference.
Clean property with great location (walkable + wonderful Mexican restaurant in basement). Has just what you need for stay (some furniture is a bit dated), but overall everything is just as it should be. The check in process was confusing because we were to go to a different location to pick up keys but other than that all was great.
It was a clean apartment, the layout was different and look to the lake was different than photos. Over all nice though

The location was fantastic! 5 min walk to lift and just a couple min to coffee, shops, and restaurants. It was nice to cook breakfast in the studio a few mornings with the cookware and dishes provided. Nice hot shower and thermostat worked well for the room. As 2 guests, we thought it was perfect for us.
Everything was great with the room. The check in process wasn’t the greatest. We got into town early but had to find somewhere different to park because we couldn’t get our pass an hour early to park. The building was quite a bit away from our rented room. But other than that, it was smooth.
