This beautifully appointed 1,665 square foot townhome features three bedrooms, three full baths, private hot tub, Electric grill, garage, laundry, two decks, river rock gas fireplace, free high-speed internet, flat screen T.V.s, and more.
This highly desirable location, is an easy 10 minute walk to town and restaurants and only 1000 feet to the high-speed Quick Silver chairlift at Peak 9. Breckenridge's ice arena is also a short walk away. The free shuttle stop to any point in town, is just one block from the front door.
The master suite is secluded on the upper level for maximum privacy. The large private bathroom boasts double sinks, tiled floor, and huge walk-in closet. A king-size bed, vaulted ceilings, and TV make this a true retreat.
On the main level you will find the large dining area with seating for nine, a fully-equipped kitchen with all new appliances which is perfect for entertaining with its wrap-around breakfast bar, and the large living room with a river rock gas fireplace, TV, and DVD player. The living room opens onto the deck with its private hot tub for eight and gas grill.
The lower level contains a second master suite with private bathroom, queen-size bed, and TV. Also, on the lower level third bedroom with a Full bed and Twin bed sleeps three. This bedroom uses the hallway full bathroom located on this level, You will also find the laundry facility with full washer and dryer on the lower level.
This townhome also has a one-car garage with ski storage and an additional parking space for a second vehicle. The walkway to the private front entrance is heated so makes walking to the property safe and enjoyable. Cable TV and high-speed internet access (DSL and wireless) are included for your convenience and pleasure.

Place was great! Exactly as pictured. Stop for the Breck Free Shuttle Bus was at the end of the street so that was convenient. We couldn't get the fireplace to stay on, but it didn't impact our stay.

Great condo in excellent location. The place was spacious for our group, and we loved the hot tub. All 3 bedrooms were comfortable, and the condo had everything we needed for our stay! We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Family Ski Escape
6 of us gathered in Breckinridge for a ski vacation. This condo was perfect for our group. The kitchen was very well stocked and staying in to cook a few meals was easy. The beds were comfortable, having 3 bathrooms was great, and it was an easy and pretty walk into town. The check in process was very easy and communication with the host was smooth. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Visit
We really enjoyed the location and property. Easy 10 min walk to slopes and main street. The house and hot tub were in great condition. Only issue the third bedroom was a bunkbed versus the picture showed two separate beds which my 18 year old didn't like. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

Walk to town
Wonderful vacation! This townhouse is within walking distance to town. We walked down to the river, shops, Starbucks, etc everyday.
Very clean. Comfortable beds with nice linens.
My kids loved the hot tub on the deck! It changes colors and has a fountain. Would definitely stay here again.

New years stay!
Property is as described and better! Home is fully equipped for all of our needs and we were a group of 2 families for 8 people. Kitchen and bathrooms fully stocked with all amenities great cookware; tissues and paper goods!

Tried shuttle pickup spot first morning waited 15 minutes bus showed up full so ended up walking. Pictures and descriptions say gas grill. They removed it for “insurance” purposes.

Good location, ok stay
We rented the property for the week between Christmas and New Year’s, admittedly a high-price and competitive time. This property is pretty well located, a short drive to Peak 9 with a shuttle fairly close-by.
The place was adequately outfitted and we enjoyed the hot tub. Our challenge, as another reviewer mentioned, was that it was stifling hot in the upstairs bedroom. After several nights, we discovered the fan in the closet. By setting this in front of the window, cracking the window an inch or two, that helped us sleep. The photos also make the townhouse appear larger than it is.

Holiday Getaway
We are new to the area (having just moved to Colorado) and wanted to experience a ski town for the holiday weekend. It was a perfect choice for us, a young family of 4 and 2 grandparents. The condo was very homelike and had plenty of room for everybody. We found the condo to be situated in a quiet and well thought out complex. The kitchen was well appointed, everything we needed to fix meals and midnight snacks. We played games, watched nature shows on a great TV, planned our days and then relaxed in the hot tub. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. We especially appreciated the extra blankets. They even had extra humidifiers which came in very handy with the extremely dry climate. We did need to put in a request for the hot tub be serviced. Ryan had someone out right away, no hesitation. The condo is very convenient to the local free trolley which we used several times each day. Directions and expectations for our stay were conveyed accurately and appropriate. Our well traveled 7 and 9 year old boys thought it was "the best place ever!"

Our party of nine really enjoyed our stay at the Majestic Lodge. We had 7 agers and two adults with plenty of room. All the amenities we could need for cooking and cleaning were all provided and we loved the close proximity to all the shops. We were able to walk to and from The house if needed and once even walked just a few hundred feet to the closest gray line shuttle. There were plenty of sheets and dishes always available along with dish soap, sponges, and vacuum for the occasional crumb pick up. The kids all really enjoyed the hot tub after skiing each day. The heated sidewalks that get you from your parking space to the front door is a great amenity as we never slipped when walking. There was always plenty of hot water despite so many needing a shower and I loved that there was a crock pot for me to have meals available each evening. We often played with the provided board games and the televisions were all easy to operate. I would definitely recommend others to come to Breckenridge but also at this particular rental because you really can’t beat the location or its price!

Private hot tub, 10 min walk to slopes and main st
Pros: We enjoyed the private hot tub and fireplace daily. Brand new kitchenaid appliances in Kitchen! New and good quality bath towels and hot tub towels. Decent pots and pans. Nice LG washing machine. Comfortable beds and bedding. Freshly painted. Seemed professionally and tastefully decorated.
Cons: No access from garage to unit! Huge negative and very inconvenient!! Garage was tight, just barely fit minivan. Downstairs bedrooms were cold and upstairs hot. No thermostat downstairs. All bedrooms on the small side. Ist day kitchen faucet leaked, but was replaced same day. Lots of rules including taking out own trash to dumpster and fines if you do not comply. Expensive $$$!
