I asked for a refund due to weather and was told that unless someone else books that night i couldnt get one. Which is okay i didnt buy travelers insurance however it would have been nice for one night out of four nights to be refunded. We were on the bottom floor the upstairs people were insanely loud just by walking around. You can definitely hear everything they do up there.
