    You’ll love this location: just a quick walk or shuttle ride away from the Snowflake Lift, then ski back to the complex on 4 O'Clock Run. It’s just a two-block stroll to Main Street, and you can take the footpath to the seasonal Upper Village Pool and Hot Tubs or enjoy a relaxing soak in the on-site communal hot tub as well. Sundowner II Treeline Condo is a wonderful in-town condo close to the slopes!

    This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo is fantastic for families and groups of up to eight — and with two bedroom/suites with private bathrooms, it’s great for two couples to share! The living room features a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and a large sectional couch. The fully equipped kitchen features quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, and all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed when you’re not exploring all the nearby dining options downtown! There’s seating for eight at the dining table.

    Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi and parking for two vehicles. As with all SMR properties, this property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival, and the condo is fully stocked with clean linens, plenty of fresh towels, and basic toiletries. Great condo and great location, so close to the Snowflake lift. Everything was clean and well stocked, and the pictures are accurate. Nice design for a ski place. One note, if three people take showers and one of them is my teenage daughter, there’s not quite enough hot water for the third person.

This condo was great!

It was in a great location! We loved that we could walk to town. It was very clean, comfortable beds, and I loved that the washer/dryer was in the unit. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful condo!

The condo was perfect for our family! Plenty of space and SO clean! It was so close to downtown Breckenridge and great hiking nearby! Could not have been a better place for us! The property was beautiful and everything we needed was walking distance. We would love to return to see this area in the winter!

We really enjoyed our stay, it was an easy walk to shops/restaurants, loved having a parking garage for one vehicle. Condo was clean and seemed well-equipped. It was nice having the gas fireplace during an October visit. We took the short, uphill walk to check out the distance to chairlift. Property management was easy to reach via text.

Wonderful time

We had such a wonderful time the condo was super clean and we loved the location. About a 4 min walk to snowflake lift and an easy walk into town. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus. The pool was pretty cold but the hot tubs were wonderful.

The property was excellent! The location was perfect because it was close to the ski resort and main street. Having a garage space was invaluable! The property pictures and descriptions were accurate. Check in and check out were very easy and great instructions. We would definitely stay here again with our kids!

Good location lovely inside condo. Outside needs updating. Dog crap just outside door of neighbors unit. Had everything needed in condo. Could use a place for suitcases in bedrooms.

This was a perfect location for enjoying nearby trails and downtown area. We were able to walk to almost everything we did while we were there. We cooked almost every meal here and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The beds were extremely comfortable and we appreciated the washer and dryer in the unit as well. We were very happy with our stay here. Also, there was hardly anyone else parked in the parking garage so parking was never an issue. We used the pool on evening and it was okay but we didn’t find ourselves going back the rest of the trip.

It’s a block and a half from the condo to the lift (only downside to this it’s that an uphill walk). The condo was in great condition, clean and very well maintained. We've stayed at a few VRBOs and this was easily the best so far! Easy process with good communication up front and regular check-ins to make sure everything was good. A lot of though was obviously given to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable! The views were excellent and the location was ideal - an easy walk to everything!
