The Frost Condo at the Four O'clock Lodge is conveniently located a short walk from downtown Breckenridge's shopping, restaurants and bars. In the summer take advantage of hiking and biking trails right out your backdoor and in the winter ski to your backdoor. This condo makes for a perfect mountain getaway within walking distance to everything! The space has been newly renovated, offering a modern kitchen, bathroom, living space with mountain comfort and style and even heated floors.
The Space:
Enjoy this entire 1 bedroom condo featuring:
*One private bedroom with a queen size bed, large closet, additional storage.
and TV with Amazon Fire Stick.
*Living room with a new queen size pull down Murphy bed, comfortable
LoveSac couches, gas fireplace and TV with basic cable and Roku.
*Comfortably sleeps and accommodates 4 guests.
*Open full kitchen and dining concept with plenty of space for cooking and eating.
*One bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.
*Hallway closet space and designated area for your ski equipment and
boots.
*Heated floors in hallway, kitchen & dinning area and bathroom.
*Many windows for viewing the scenic views off of Four O'clock run.
*Full slider and window blinds for complete privacy.
*This is a first floor unit so you may hear your upstairs neighbors at times.
The condo offers 1 onsite parking spot (with provided parking pass).
Guest Access:
Easy door keypad entry via personal code.
The condo backs up directly to the Four O'clock run offering premium ski-in access in the winter and access to world class hiking and biking in the summer.
The Snowflake Lift is a short walk up to the lift from the condo location.
Guest laundry is available in an adjacent building and is coin operated.
First floor unit, minimal stairs on the crossing footbridge to the condo.
Heated indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs are also available at a very close off site area for guest use (a short walk away).
***The pool and hot tubs will be closing for seasonal maintenance on Sunday, April 16. The pool\hot tubs will reopen on Friday, May 26th for the summer season.***
Other Things to Note:
Ski-in access depends on the snow and trail conditions of lower four o'clock run and the Snowflake Lift operation schedule changes yearly depending on snow in the early and late season. You can also access ski terrain by bus located just down the street from the condo all season long.
Also note that pool maintenance can happen unexpectedly. The pool facilities usually close in the fall after Labor Day and reopens again when ski season kicks off in November and again for spring cleaning sometime in the spring and reopens after Memorial Day.
***The pool and hot tubs will be closing for seasonal maintenance on Sunday, April 16. The pool\hot tubs will reopen on Friday, May 26th for the summer season.***
