Please be aware that the HOA will be updating the common area interiors of the building. This essential project will improve the aesthetics of the building, but may indicate clutter, dust and odors in the interior common areas at times during the project. Workers will be working Mondays through Saturdays between 8:00AM and 6:00PM. The contractors will be tidying up daily and common areas will be safe during and after each workday. The work is intended to be minimally disruptive throughout the process.

For hitting the slopes, the condo is just a 1-minute walk from the nearest MyFreeRide bus stop, which runs frequently throughout the day and offers quick, convenient access to Peaks 7 and 8 at the Breckenridge Ski Resort. After a day of mountain adventure, come back and relax or dive into Breckenridge's renowned après-ski scene, all just steps from your door.

The main level includes a spacious living room with a brand-new couch and coffee table, a large flatscreen TV, a beverage cooler, and a wood fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. The 6-person dining room is perfect for gathering the group for breakfast before heading out the door to hit the trails. Just before the spiral staircase leading upstairs is a full bathroom that includes a walk-in shower. The main level also has a cozy, roofed-in balcony with two chairs.

The master bedroom is also on the main level, featuring a king bed, an en-suite bath featuring a combination shower and tub, a spacious closet, a dresser, and flatscreen TV at the foot of the bed.

On the upper level, there is another bedroom with a queen bed, dresser, and a flatscreen TV. There is also a comfortable loft which includes a queen bunk bed with a queen trundle bed and flatscreen TV. This level features another full bathroom with a shower and tub that is shared between the upstairs bedroom and loft.

This unit does come with a common area laundry room on the second floor of the building.

This home welcomes reservations with a departure date within the next 12 months. Please call or email us with any questions about availability.

You'll check yourself in with an access code, which is provided automatically before you arrive. We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels.
