We made a spur of the moment decision to sneak in three late season ski days at Breckenridge, and wasn't sure what I would find lodging-wise with less than a week's notice. What I found was an amazing host (Marques) who posted a 100% accurate description of his condo, its amenities, and its location. The check in process is great because it's right on site with 24 hour front desk service. It truly is ski in/ski out with the Beaver Run lift just outside of the heated ski locker area. The kitchen is very well stocked, the beds are very comfortable, and there were plenty of linens. Everything was very clean, too. Some past reviews had mentioned the unit gets chilly--we did not have that issue and it got down to single digits one night. It was very comfortable for 3 adults, and would be fine for four adults or a family of four. Finally, Marques is an amazing host--answers every questions quickly and was just super pleasant with every interaction I had. Definitely hope we can get back here next season!! ##### Jen S. We had all the conveniences of home, it was clean and well maintained. Beautiful mountain views. Love that there are multiple hot tubs on the property so you aren't crammed into a single hot tub with strangers. The owner was very responsive to our questions/requests. With all the conveniences of home you can save money eating out. The resort offers many family friendly activities including a small indoor mini golf area. We loved the unit. It was very roomy and clean. Both bedrooms are very spacious and the second bedroom truly has two queen beds with plenty of space around them (not at all crammed). The Beaver Run property is very conveniently located to access the Beaver Run Super Chair lift. We walked indoors to the ski lockers provided by the resort and from there you are 50ft away from the lift line. Breck Sports is also conveniently located at the same spot for rentals. Plenty of food and drink options all in one spot. My kids really liked the multiple hot tubs, indoor putt putt golf and pool table. Walk to Main Street is about a 4 minute walk. Walk to ski lift and ski lockers is about a 2 minute walk (all indoors). Parking was covered and in the building. Property manager was wonderful! We had some travel issues and major delays and he was prompt and responsive to our needs. We will definitely stay here again. ##### christopher g. This two bedroom is comfortable for a small group. Town’s Main Street is within a good walk or very short drive. Blow dryer in second bath failed, but owner said would replace. Price is slightly high for accommodations unless splitting with others.
