This cool condo is steps from the Snowflake Lift, and you can walk or catch the convenient shuttle bus to all the shops and restaurants on Breckenridge’s historic Main Street. Ski to the lift in the morning, ski in for lunch, and be back on the lift in minutes. This place is a perfect choice for your Breck getaway! This studio, 1-bathroom ski-in/ski-out condo works perfectly for families and groups up to four. The living area features a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and cozy seating for everyone to relax and trade stories about the day’s adventures. The kitchenette features granite counters and all the appliances and cookware you’ll need to whip up meals and snacks. The dining table seats four. The Riverbend Lodge offers great amenities too, including large indoor and outdoor hot tubs; a dry sauna and steam room; an exercise room; private ski lockers on the ground floor; and indoor heated parking. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Occasionally hear people walking upstairs or in hall, but not terribly disruptive. If you like sun in morning, this may not be for you.
