This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom ski-in/ski-out condo is a fantastic choice for families and groups up to eight. With two master suites with private bathrooms, it’s also a great condo for two couples/families to share! The living area features a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of seating for everyone to gather and relax. The kitchen has all the appliances and cookware you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for three more at the counter. The stream running nearby makes for a peaceful getaway. It's a fairly short walk into Breckenridge, and while the walk back is uphill, there is free bus transportation back to the condo if you need it. There is a nice hiking trail up to a reservoir right next to the building, which I recommend.There's plenty of sleeping space and a nice kitchen with plenty of supplies. Streaming services are available on the TVs for your entertainment as well as board games if you're into that. Summit Mountain Rentals has made the check-in process a lot better since the last time we came to Breck. This time, there was no need to go to their office on Ski Hill Rd. which was great because we arrived into town late in the afternoon.Overall, it's a very good condo that we would stay in again. ##### Mike B. Snowflake chairlift is a bit slow out, and ski in can be a bit flat, though unit was a short walk to the center of town for the teenagers. Heated Garage, step outside to chairlift, unit was clean and very comfortable, could not beat the price and location. ##### George M. Ski-in/out less than 50 yards from Snowflake lift and also Charter sports, who had cheaper rentals at the same/better quality than elsewhere on mountain. Unit was very well equipped and spacious. Condo maintenance staff went above and beyond to fix a leaking toilet, and provide space heaters for a room that did not have its heater working properly.
