Description of amenities and restaurant options should be modified for off season, there weren’t any restaurants open on site. Parking is an issue if you have a guest coming to visit. You can't beat the ski in/ski out convenience of One Ski Hill. The ski valets were terrific. We rented our equipment from Ski Butlers, and the valets made sure they were picked up on our last ski day.The unit itself is lovely and was the perfect size for us. We were a family of 3, two adults and one teenager. I do feel like it would have felt small if we had our 2nd teenage son with us. The description of the property says "sleeps 6". I would not try to fit 6 people in the unit and expect to feel comfortable. I think it is best suited for 2 couples, or a small family. We didn't utilize the kitchen for much other than the coffeemaker and the toaster, but I don't recall seeing any pots and pans to make an actual meal. With that said, the restaurant/bar in the building was very good. There was a second restaurant within walking distance which we liked too. The unit is on the second floor and was a quick walk down the hall to the gym, pool and hot tub. We utilized the shuttle service into town one day and rode the gondola back. It was a nice outing if you aren't skiing. In the summer when the sidewalks were not icy, I personally would try walking too. The management company was a pleasure to work with and very easy to communicate with. Check in/ check out was also easy. This was our first trip to Breckenridge, and we would definitely book this unit again. ##### Amy and Ryan T. The lodge was great, though we didn't take advantage of some of the amenities. The free gondola was within walking distance. If you ski, it's a perfect location. Since we didn't ski, I may have stayed in town, but that's the only thing I'd question. But that's a personal choice, not a reflection on the unit itself.
