The unit is perfectly located across from the bus, also a quick 5-minute walk to snow flake lift. The other direction has downtown within a few minutes a well. The unit was a great layout for a group to hang out and relax. One note: if you are driving in and parking, make sure you have good tires and likely an all-wheel drive vehicle, the parking area is slanted and it iced over while we were there, we have to get towed out before leaving town. ##### Christopher G. It couldn't have been more convenient, less than a five minute walk to the heart of Main Street. It's across the street from a shuttle stop that will take you to the Snowflake lift in two minutes (or you can hoof it uphill 10-15 minutes). And you can ski almost all the way out down Lower 4 O'Clock (within about 50 yards). The only real quibble is that the check in process could have been smoother - despite several texts/emails, it was not clear that we needed to go to the Summit office to get the keys and they did not provide a map of the 15-building complex to know where we were going. I've also not had another VRBO manager try to apply a surcharge for using a credit card for the final payment, which Summit did (they wanted ACH information for a bank transfer - yeah, no). So the condo is great in pretty much all ways, but Summit could have made this easier, but this was not a big deal in the end. ##### Mike L. The condo was just as advertised and the location was ideal. A short walk to a ski rental shop located beside the Snowflake lift. The shop stored our skis and boots daily making the whole process so much easier. At end of day just skiid back down snowflake lift to end up right in front of ski shop. We had a great time staying here, property was very clean and conveniently located to everything Breckenridge has to offer.
