Check-in was less convenient requiring us to go into town to get the keys, but the staff was very friendly and provided a lot of information for the shuttle and recommendations. There are quite a few stairs to get to the unit that can make it difficult to transport your skis up to the closet if they are longer bc there are tighter turns. There were pots and pans available, but there wasn't any spices or salt and pepper, so if you're planning to cook while you are there keep that in mind. It’s close to the slopes and the bus is right there. It’s convenient and clean. I would stay here again but there are a few things worth mentioning… The beds are absolute rocks. My wife likes a hard bed but this one is very uncomfortable and if I stayed again I would need to buy an egg crate at Walmart Enroute. The bathroom pocket door doesn’t lock and limited privacy unless you lock the bedroom as well. There is no laundry in the actual VRBO. The cost is great so that is why I titled it you get what you get. If they put a little work into the place it would be great but unfortunately it’s very outdated. Although some reviews complain of the furniture, we found everything to be comfortable, practical and in good condition. We didn't need Bertoia furniture pieces in the high mountains! We were able to connect our Fire Stick to the TV and WiFi was reliable and strong. Most importantly was the value we received at the height of the holiday season. Customer service was outstanding with Michael shipping us an item we left behind at no cost. Painless, seamless, and headache free, the check in and check out process was simply visiting a drop box. Not complicated at all. Location was near the center of town with plenty of parking spaces. Bus service was nearby just a stone's throw away.
