While the interior design is outdated, it was nice and warm inside during the winter. You really can't do much better pricewise for 2 bedrooms! Bring your own humidifier if this is something you use in the mountains as we do. Positives: fast, easy, and friendly check in/check out, Close and free parking, quiet area, clean rental, coffee pot with coffee provided, crockpot available if needed and all the typical utensils, good appliances, GREAT water pressure for showering, living room and dining room table were nice to have, and the shuttle pickup for skiing really is right at the driveway entrance to the condos. For rental property management: it would be nice for peace of mind to have a pole for extra security to place behind the sliding door to the patio since there are stairs to ground level, however we were able to use the firewood provided and this worked just fine as a substitute. Also maybe a couple extra blankets would also be nice to have available in the closet. We only had 2 people so I just used the blankets for the 3rd bed but if we had it full with someone on the pull out the pullout appeared to only have sheets available.
