Newly Remodeled/Furnished at Peak 9 Base/Downtown
- Enjoy an in-town location with Peak 9 base area and Main Street short walks across the street. Fully updated and comfortable. HUGE private patio. Master features a king and bunk bed with attached bathroom The guest room has a queen bed and adjacent bathroom. The kitchen is open to the dining area and living room with sofa bed & gas fireplace. Dedicated space in garage. Columbine Pool access seasonally. Bathrooms completely renovated and brand new living room furniture installed summer 2025.
The space
• First floor location
• 2 bedrooms
• Master bedroom with king bed, twin bunk beds and ensuite bathroom. Please note that the bunk beds are best suited for children.
• Guest bedroom with queen bed, located across the hall from hall bathroom
• Cozy kitchen and dining area with seating for 6
• Gas fireplace
• Private deck with grill, table with umbrella and four chairs, and outdoor lounge furniture
• Pay (via app) laundry is available in the hallway
Great location:
• Next to Main Street Station
• 3 minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift/Maggie Building (base of Peak 9). While Airbnb considers this ski-in/out, we want to fully disclose that you cannot ski right up to the front door of the condo.*Quicksilver Lift and/or Peak 9 base area may be closed early and/or late season and are subject to snowpack and mountain conditions. It is the guest's responsibility to be aware of mountain terrain statuses and operations.
• 1 minute walk to Main Street Station, featuring many shops and restaurants. Just a few minutes walk to Main Street and downtown Breckenridge.
• The closest ski rental place is across the street. Charter Sports, located in the Mountain Valley Lodge.
• There is a ticket office where you can pick up your passes in the Maggie, the building just below the Quicksilver Superchair.
Max Occupancy: 8
Max Parking: 1 vehicle allowed in the dedicated parking spot in the underground garage (height clearance 6'6"). Additional or oversized vehicles that are unable to fit in a standard parking spot will need to park at the Ice Rink overnight pay Lot. More information can be found at BreckPark.
*Please note that overnight overflow parking in Breckenridge is limited.
Amenities:
Guests have access to the Columbine pool, approximately a 3 minute walk from the condo.
• Winter hours are 12pm-9pm
• Summer hours are 10am-9pm.
• This location is closed fall and spring. Current planned pool closure dates:
- Spring Maintenance 2026: 4/26/2026 – 5/22/2026
- Fall Maintenance 2026: Approximately 9/28/26 - 10/30/26
Provided Items:
• The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
• The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
• There is a pack n play crib available in this property. Pack n play sheets are not provided.
• Hot tub towels are provided.

Other things to note
» Maximum occupancy (8) cannot be exceeded at any time.
» There is a $25 fee to return lost and found items, in addition to any shipping charges.
» There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required to access the area during those months.
» Property mountain access details and ski in/ski out designations are dependent on open lifts and runs. Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses.
» This condo is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on the possible effects of High Altitude.
» There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night.
» Please note that Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
» The minimum age to rent is 25.
» Per the HOA, pets are strictly prohibited.
» Weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, and travel disruptions may occur. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control.
