This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, full-over-queen bunk bed, and queen sleeper sofa. It features high-end finishes throughout and private laundry. Located in Breckenridge just off Main Street so you're steps from shopping, restaurants and festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the lifts. The entryway has built-in storage with mounted hooks, a bench and shelving for your convenience as you come and go throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. There is also a dedicated workspace off to the side with a desk and chair. Off of the living area is access to the private balcony with scenic views.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to cook a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats six with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The guest bathroom is just off of the main living area and features double sinks with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. There is also private laundry and detergent has been provided for your convenience.
The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV and a seating area with beautiful views. The en suite bathroom has double sinks with granite countertops, a soaking tub and a walk-in shower with glass enclosure. The guest bedroom has a full-over-queen bunk bed and a flat screen TV.
Guests will enjoy the prime location of this condo. It sits between Main Street and the lifts, so you're steps from everything in Breckenridge. The complex itself features a shared pool, shared hot tubs, concierge and ski/bike valet, and a 16-seat movie theater. You can also order room service from several nearby restaurants, and it's walking distance to a day care, ski school, playgrounds and the indoor ice skating arena.

Rena’s place was amazing! It’s in a very chill neighborhood that’s low-key and quiet. Still, it’s close to all the restaurants and shops in Avon, and just a short drive to the parking lot for Beaver Creek. Rena was very responsive to inquiries and quick to send me check-in information. I absolutely loved it and can’t wait to stay there again!

Check-in process was extremely challenging, we were not on file with the property front desk which required an hour on the phone with support and a hostile situation with the front desk. Property was as expected but instructions provided by host were not clear and check out procedure and requirements were arduous and excessive for as early as checkout was required. There is one parking space and no additional overnight parking available anywhere near by - management and property were not supportive in assisting with location to park additional car.

Overall great choice of stay!
The location could not have been better. Cleanliness was great only suggestion I have that the check process was a bit clunky and difficult to navigate. The condo was in great condition other than the fan in the master did not work and it does get warm inside. We kept our windows propped open during the day to keep the air flowing nicely. I would also recommend a different arrangement for the bunkbed in the second bedroom to allow for more space. Overall it was a great place to stay. We would recommend this property and would book it again.

Perfect location
This property was immaculate with a perfect location to downtown, skiing, and hiking.Although I do believe it is a near 5 star rating, all of the issues mentioned in other reviews are still outstanding, such as the dishwasher bottom rack not sliding (this should be an easy fix with new rollers), fan in the bedroom not working, and a built in microwave that did not work (although they did provide a counter top replacement).I do agree with past reviews that the master bedroom bed was quite soft, and the bedding a little ill-fitting. I found I had a much better sleep when I moved to the 2nd bedroom.They thankfully provided vaporizers since it is so very dry there, and out of 5 we found onsite, only 2 actually worked (but those were a bonus find, so can't complain)The in-unit washer and dryer were very convenient, but if you use the dryer, you must wait at least 15 minutes before re-running. I initially thought it was broken after load #1 but eventually learned that the dryer unit just had to cool down in order for it to restart.Having the ski valet service was super easy and convenient, and the spa and gym amenities were great; just a short outdoor walk gets you there.All in all, some minor issues, but still an absolutely lovely property with a "can't beat" location.

Nice place, but terrible beds
The place is very nice and clean with good space; however, the master bed was terribly soft and impossible to sleep on. I ended up having to make a bed on the sofa in the living room which was not idea. Also, the big TV in the living room only got one station. It did not work no matter how long my husband tried to fix it. Disappointing.

Escape the heat of Denver
We had an extended weekend getaway in Breckenridge. This condo is well appointed with a stunning kitchen. Perdect 2 bed/2 bath condo for 2 couples to enjoy a weekend in the mountains. We did attend the Breckenridge Oktoberfest which was a 5 minute walk from the condo. We enjoyed this condo so much that we plan on booking it again for next Fall

Overall we had a great time and it was a great property.
A few cons:
The freezer door was broken and wouldn't shut all the way, we found this issue in previous stays comments.
Check-in wasn't smooth at all, the front desk didn't have our check-in information and that took a few calls to sort out. Pretty frustrating and nerve wracking when you think you may not have a place to stay when you arrive.

Luxurious & convenient. We were right at the base of the mountain & steps to Main Street Station shops & restaurants. We had access to a large pool and several hot tubs. There was a secluded deck off the living room. Grill was at the pool. The only bummer was late check-in (5pm) and early check-out times (10am). We were told early check-in was available for $15/hr! We also had to sign a 12-page legal doc. The rental was pricey but worth it. Would return.

The title on the listing for this unit is misleading and inaccurate
I researched this unit and read every review listed on vrbo before we came on the trip, because I was concerned about the lack of a 5 star rating on this property. Things that turned out to be accurate and true about this unit are the amazing location, the excellent communication with the management company, the spacious living room and well kept up and beautiful bathrooms. They also provided fans and humidifiers that were clean and well kept. The issue I have with this unit is that it is listed as high end, and yet there are many problems with the kitchen appliances. The ice maker in the fridge does not work at all (although we asked at the desk and they did provide bags of ice for us on request), the dish washer bottom rack is missing all of its wheels, plus the soap does not disperse through the machine, but runs down the door, the tea kettle spout is melted off, the microwave above the stove has a large sign saying out of service (a small one is placed on the counter), and after reading the review for the week before mine, I was too scared to try the stove for fear it wouldn’t turn off! Did these things ruin our trip…no…BUT when the first words in your listing title are HIGH END, you expect better than this. More important is the fact that everything but the stove issue has been noted in these reviews here since at least last December and nothing has been done about them. These issues dampen what is truly a unit in one of the best locations in Breckenridge!

The location was better than we expected. It was right across the street from our favorite brew house and we were right at the top of Main Street where all the good shopping started. The bedrooms were not the biggest but the large kitchen and great room more than made up for it. We loved the little balcony to top it off. The property overall was excellent.

Amazing Property
Great location for young kids to get to ski school and many restaurants and shops. Bedrooms were tight but honestly we spent all our time on mountain, walking around or playing cards at the large dinning room table. The host was very quick to assist with anything.
