However, the condo was VERY outdated and the living room furniture, as well as the beds, were very uncomfortable. You also cannot control the temperature so it was very hot unless you opened a door or window. It was very small; so while it easily slept our family of five, there was not much room to hang out at night or even sit down to eat. The ski rental shop was conveniently located in the same building and there is a good Mexican restaurant onsite. The down side is your condo smells like Mexican food at night. And, the tenants below this unit, put a note on our door to not walk around in our ski boots. They even came up to complain one night when we had another family over for dinner. We are not a loud party crew so I think having a younger crowd stay here could be a problem w noise. Our trip to Breck was amazing. Great skiing and LOVE Main Street. The location is perfect. At the property manager's recommendation we rented our equipment right downstairs at Blue River and then were able to walk right across the street to the Quicksilver lift every morning (and I mean right across the street - close enough that our kids could carry their own equipment to and from the lift in the five minute walk!). You are right in town, so food and shopping are all around you. The condo itself was clean and is well stocked for cooking and comfortably can sleep 4-6 people. It definitely could use a refresh, but we didn't go to Breckenridge to sit around the condo. ##### Joshua F.
