It's the little things that really set this place apart. The unit is super clean. Check in and check out are a breeze. Location 8 min walk to Quicksilver lift, easy to get to Main St. Gas station 2 min walk for odds and ends that are forgotten, along with coffee, snacks, beer. Private hot hub is great, plenty of towels!!Full size washer and dryer with plenty of detergent, and dryer sheets.Kitchen has a good amount of cookware, matching dishes and glasses. Each room has a humidifier, and plenty of fans. Showers are very nice, both bathrooms have plenty of extra towels.Bedrooms have wireless charging for phones, along with access to power strips for additional devices. Kirk (the host) is super responsive and very polite. He sends out plenty of things to do, along with some of his favorite places to eat, prior to arrival. We both agree Legend's Steakhouse is great, try it if you have the time.Private heated garage, easy to get in and out of.This place is great!!! Book it you won't regret it.

This is by far one of the best Vrbo properties we have ever stayed in. I am very particular about the places we stay in. Kirk was the best host I have ever worked with. He communicated beyond my expectations. He gave me the best information on places to eat, ski rentals, high elevation health, easy check in….and soooo much more. His chalet was perfect for our family of 5 adults. The hot tub was an awesome perk. The chalet was immaculate! We were walking distance to everything. He has the best equipped kitchen and the bottle of wine he left was a lovely surprise and made us feel so welcome! Definitely will stay with Kirk again! Best condo!

We had the most amazing stay in this vacation home! The host was extremely communicative, and the home is very clean and thoughtfully put together with everything we needed. The location was perfect for walking to Main Street and driving to several incredible hiking trails. The hot tub was extremely clean and well maintained. The living room furniture is comfortable and made for a very relaxing evening. The bathrooms are updated beautifully and kept extremely clean. We were thankful for the indoor garage to keep our rental car safe and warm. This was one of the most pleasant vacation rental experiences we have had, we highly recommend this home and host to anyone coming to Breckenridge!

We had a great stay here with our two kids (12 and 9). The location was super convenient, really close to shopping, restaurants, and fun things to do. It made getting around so easy and not having to worry about parking fees.After a full day out, we loved relaxing in the hot tub or kicking back in the powered recliners (those were a hit!). One of my favorite parts was having coffee on the porch in the morning while a hummingbird hovered above at the feeder.The house had everything we needed and felt really comfortable. We'd definitely stay again!

We have been coming to Breckenridge for the past four years, and Summit Chalet is by far the best rental we have ever stayed in! The location is unbeatable—just a short and easy walk to both the town and the ski slopes, making it incredibly convenient for both skiing and exploring.The home itself is absolutely stunning. The private hot tub was the perfect way to relax after a day on the mountain, and the heated mats on the deck were a thoughtful touch. The spacious living areas were beautifully designed and perfect for gathering, while the bedrooms were incredibly comfortable with updated, modern bathrooms. It was clear that a lot of attention to detail went into making this home a luxurious and comfortable retreat.One of the standout features was the little extras that made our stay even more enjoyable—portable chargers throughout the house, a digital picture frame with daily updates, and so many small touches that showed just how much care went into this rental.However, what truly sets Summit Chalet apart is the host. From the moment we booked, his communication was excellent. He provided fantastic recommendations for restaurants, activities, and even directions, making our trip stress-free. Great Condo!

Without a doubt Summit Chalet is a 5-star property. The location was perfect for both getting to the Quicksilver lift, the ski schools, equipment rental and to Main street. It was a very short walk to both. The condo is very clean and has everything you need for the perfect stay. We were able to sleep our family of 6 very comfortably. My family absolutely loved the private hot tub. It definitely put the condo over the top. Finally, the communication with the owner was excellent. Near immediate response for any questions, etc. that we had. We would definitely return to this condo. It made our trip.

Perfect Breck Vacation

Kirk is an excellent host. He was always available to provide information and respond to questions. He provided a comprehensive packet on the property, amenities and instructions. Access to the unit was easy and my family had a great vacation. The unit was modern, clean and stocked with everything we needed. We have 3 daughters ages 5-11. We all found the unit to be perfect, including the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. We all enjoyed soaking in the hot tub after skiing. There is a convenience store located next door to the condo which was great for odds and ends/snacks/water. The town of Breck is a very short walk to restaurants and the supermarket. In addition the walk to the mountain was also convenient. Overall a great stay, highly recommend and we hope to return! thank you Kirk!

Wow, what a great vacation! Kirk went above and beyond in his communication to make sure we had the best vacation possible! Summit Chalet Amazing

We just loved this condo. Kirk was a great host and made everything super easy. Private hot tub was wonderful. Short .3 mile walk to the base of Peak 9. Downtown close for shopping and restaurants too. We'll come back for sure!

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was perfect for our family of 4. It was extremely clean and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Kirk was excellent in communicating with us and we enjoyed the nice bottle of wine he left for us upon our arrival. We will definitely be back!

Excellent Accommodations and Service

We thoroughly enjoyed Summit Chalet! The owners thought of everything to make our stay was comfortable and cozy. The condo is very well appointed. We especially appreciated the humidifiers and private outdoor hot tub on the deck. The owners went above and beyond to assure we had an excellent stay. The restaurant recommendations were excellent. Rootstalk restaurant is a must!

Kirk was very welcoming and informative about the property, which was in great condition! Great location to base of Peak 9 as well as the free shuttle to get all around town. Would stay again!

Host with *THE* most!

We had the most amazing time! We made memories that we will never forget. Kirk was by far the most outstanding host anyone could ask for. His communication is unparalleled; he goes above and beyond to be helpful in every capacity. The condo was very clean and the checking in process was seamless. The location is wonderful to be able to walk to the slopes and to town. It was convenient to be able to leave our cars parked for the entire trip. We had a wonderful experience and would love to visit again.

Perfect Stay

Our stay at Kirk’s was above and beyond expectations. We have stayed in many rentals but the accommodations in this chalet were top notch across the board. On top of that, Kirk provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. We would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect stay and incredible communication!

We loved everything about our stay! The property was amazing and had everything we needed - private hot tub, comfortable beds and bathrooms, well stocked kitchen, large dining and living rooms (even with a shot ski!), easy parking, plus a shared common area with a fitness center and game room. And all of this within a close walking distance to the lifts, restaurants and bars, and shopping. We kept staying how much we didn’t want to leave and how we already want to book another stay. In addition, Kirk’s communication was incredibly helpful - before, during, and after the stay. He really goes above and beyond and shows how much he wants to make sure his guests have a wonderful experience, and memories of a lifetime, which we did! Ask him anything and he will provide very helpful information and even customized recommendations. We had a 2 day travel delay on the way home, and he stayed in contact all the way until we finally made it home and continued to provide very positive updates and tips! Thank you so much!!

Gorgeous Property with BEST host!!

This property couldn't have been more prefect. There was anything and everything we could ever need in this condo! Kirk was by far the most helpful host I have every had with a short term rental! His reference guide was so useful and helped us make the absolute MOST out of our trip!! We had 5 guests staying in this place and never felt as if we didn't have enough room. The hot tub was a big must on our list; and this tub was CLEAN, WORKING, and EASY to use/access. Kirk sent emails every step of the way, sometimes more than 3x/week leading up reminding us to get ski lift tickets, where and when to get ski equipment rentals, as well as reminders to make restaurant reservations!! He even kept us updated on local events and news happening in the area. I couldn't recommend this stay any more, 15/10 recommend. A million stars given!! We will definitely be coming back here ASAP!!

Condo met our expectations!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Breck for our Spring Break. The condo was very clean and check-in was a breeze! From the very beginning, I had great communication with the owner. Kirk was very attentive and pleasant to chat with. We felt the pictures were very accurate and truly represented our wonderful stay! Plenty of space in the family room and having two full bathrooms was key for our family of four! Our children were ages 8 and 10....the walk to the Quicksilver lift ended up being a bit too much. My husband drove to the Maggie each morning and dropped us off while he returned the car and walked on his own to meet us. The walk home from the Quicksilver Lift was rather difficult (for the kiddos)....but not unbearable. Having the garage was fantastic to store our skis/boots/etc each night. We walked to dinner each night in the Village - super convenient location for that! We will definitely plan to rebook when we come back to Breck!

Awesome place to stay in Breck!

First off, thanks to Kirk for the incredible communication before, during, and after our stay! I have probably stayed at 8 different VRBO condos and homes in the last 10 years, and this was certainly one of, if not the cleanest, most well appointed place I have stayed in Breck. I mean...smart TV's in the bedrooms and living room, wireless phone charges all over, Egyptian cotton towels that were so good I had to take a photo of the tag! The location was great! We stored our ski gear with a rental outfit Kirk recommended at the bottom of the mountain...you can (with a good start down the mountain) ski right up to within 100' of the ski rental place, put on your walking shoes, and its just a short couple of blocks or so back to the condo. We walked everywhere we went as you are only a couple of blocks from downtown. Kirk, thanks again for such a memorable stay...we will definitely return!
