You’re literally a 50-yard walk from the slopes and the ski school meeting area. Drop the kids off for a lesson, make some runs, ski in for a quick lunch, then be right back on the Quicksilver Lift in minutes.
You’ll love this home’s bright, airy interior, vaulted ceilings and tasteful decor. The living area features a gas fireplace and lots of comfy seating for a movie on the large LCD TV, games with the kids, or just relaxing conversation. The kitchen has been lovingly updated with beautiful granite counters and stainless-steel appliances; it’s perfect for whipping up après ski snacks or a special mountain dinner! There’s a beautiful dining table with seating for six and room for four at the counter.

Great location for a family Christmas. Easily accessible to chair lifts. Teens walked up to Beaver chair lift and the 10 year old and I skiied down to quicksilver lift. Easy walk into town also for all the beautiful Christmas lights and shopping. The lodge had everything we needed to cook most meals at home. It was a great stay!
We enjoy spending time in Breckenridge every summer. The location of the Cedars townhome was an excellent location to walk to town or hike up the mountains. We really enjoyed our stay and the accomodations.
The location can't be beat! You're literally steps away from the Silver Chair and a block away from the Beaver Run resort. The shuttle is across the street from the property. Management is highly responsive...aside from the three flights of stairs to the fourth floor bedrooms, this is an ideal place to stay, and we would come back in a heartbeat!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The slope-side mountain view is unbeatable, the stream in front of the unit is awesome to listen to at night under the mountain stars with a glass of wine. The unit was nicely updated (kitchen was great!) very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Thanks for a perfect vacation spot!
The description with respect to ski in and out doesn’t do it justice. You can ski within 50’ of the front door. Skiing out just carry your stuff 40’ down the road and go between the buildings and the slope is right there! Everything was clean and as advertised. We enjoyed our stay.
We had a wonderful weekend for our family spring ski trip. It was a great ski in ski out location. It was the perfect location to ski for the morning, then stop back in to eat lunch, then head out for more fun.
The only down side was our car couldn’t fit in the garage, but we knew that when we booked. Luckily our daughter’s car fit just fine.
We would definitely book here again!!

This rental was more than I ever expected. The location could not have been better for ski-in/ski-out. Literally out the slope facing door is a few steps to the lift. Additionally, once we parked (btw, big trucks or oversized suv will not fit in the garage) we did not need to use our vehicle again. You can walk everywhere. There is a small parking area you can use if you run in to this situation. The unit itself was so cozy and spacious. The tri-level was so unique, well appointed with blankets and pillows, pots, pans,etc. I will say the heater works really well. Almost too well. We often opened the windows and enjoyed the fresh mountain air. We will definitely look to rent here again.
I am a returner to this property. I love it. The location is great. 5mn walk to town, 1mn to the Quicksilver superchair, so convenient! I stayed in this unit 2yrs ago, and I was very pleased to see that they updated the kitchen and partially the bathroom next to it. They were both way overdue. However, the price of the unit is twice what I paid for 2 years ago for the same dates (Thanksgiving week). It's 4 times during Spring Break. I had reached management bc I thought it was an error. I could not believe the price increase. While it's a great unit, to me it is not worth the price anymore. We reserved early and came with additional family, but due to the price, depending on the date when we go back to Breck, we will choose more affordable options (we go there almost yearly). I had stayed in other places and prefer this one but now the price is prohibitive. Others price is still ok.

- Unit needs some attention to detail given the new price (higher standards now!). For ex, the remodel in the downstairs half bath is really half way done. They redid the counter and the floor. However, they left the towel bars, light switch covers, mirror, sideboards, from the 1980s (wood/gold). The upstairs main bedroom bathroom does not have a drain cover (but the second bdr bathroom does). More hangers would help.
OVERALL, recommended but pricy!

This condo was super convenient to the lifts and to walk into town! It was easy to come back for lunch and go out skiing after. The furnishings were a little worn but comfortable. The rental agency was super helpful when one of our suitcases was lost by the airlines and delivered to their office. We would definitely return to the Cedars!

We found the accomodation beautifully located right in the slopes with a lovely balcony overlooking the slopes. It was equipped with every thing we needed, easy to find and a garage easy to access with internal access to the accomodation - a small flight of stairs. A well equipped kitchen and laundry and extra heating from a gas fireplace. We would highly recommend this rental.

The location could not have been better with access to Peak 9 right out the front door. Walk to town and Beaver Run. The property was very spacious and it was nice to have an extra powder room. Rental company was responsive and very nice. Pool and hottub location isn’t within walking on a cold night and you have to pay to park in the lot despite having a parking pass so we didn’t use which was the only disappointment.

Wonderful 2-bedroom townhome exactly as described. Slopeside with very short walk out back door to ski in/out. Summit Mountain Rentals was great to work with. They proactively texted all details and checked in. We had one very minor issue with a broken humidfier which they replaced within an hour. I would absolutely stay here again! Kitchen had everything we needed and more. The location and two parking spots were what sold us. We did not use the pool/hot tub, so cannot comment on these but did see they were a short walk away.
