Easy to walk! Ski-in, walk to lift, walk 3 blocks to Main Street, & ski slope view. HIGHLIGHTS: Great location and views, deck near stream, ski-in, 5 minute walk to ski lift, 3 blocks to Main Street, luxury leather queen sofa sleeper, high-end furniture from Arhaus and Woodley’s, full “chef's” kitchen, extra storage closet plus locker, and free parking. NOTE: Our building has a new interior and exterior remodel and reopened 18-Jun-2025 (see last few photos). Best view in the building at Wildwood Suites (AKA Wildwood Lodge)! You can see the top of Peak 10, the ski slope, and the stream from our condo. This location is incredible. A gem surrounded by trees and located right next to a stream. In the winter, ski right to the back door on 4 O'Clock ski run. In the summer, sit on the deck and enjoy the peaceful sound of the stream. Relax in the sauna or large outdoor hot tub. This top (second) floor, corner condo is sunny, quiet, and modern. Walk three blocks to Main Street (shopping and restaurants) or one block to the bus stop. Even better, walk five minutes to the Snowflake ski lift (access to Peak 8 & 9) or ski to the free shuttle. Ski-in via 4 O'Clock ski run. Recent remodel with knotty alder cabinets, granite countertops, new upgraded windows, fresh paint, carpet and Brazilian Pecan tile. Bedroom upgrade with Arhaus St. Lucia bed and finely crafted alder dresser and nightstands. American Leather queen sofa (the Cadillac of sofa sleepers with an elite, proper mattress; no bars, no springs). Fairfield Townsend Bistro table, countertop height, and Amisco, Ronny swivel stools. Almost everything in the condo is new. Living nearby in Golden, Colorado we spend a lot of time at our condo and we're sure you'll feel right at home. To name a few of the luxuries, we have robes, 8 pillows and room darkening shades in the bedroom. The condo is fully equipped for cooking with everything from a crock pot to a fondue pot, including Wusthof knives, All-Clad 13-Piece Cookware Set, Blendtech blender, and a Bosch dishwasher for cleanup. As one of our guests said, a chef’s kitchen! Plus a ski rack inside the condo. Maximum occupancy 4 (monthly max occupancy 2) \*\*our small condo is the perfect size for a couple\*\*, 1 parking space. No pets, no animals (we are highly allergic), no drugs, no smoking of any kind (cigarette, pipe, marijuana or vapor). There are four coin or credit card operated washers and four dryers in our small building. You’ll find pictures of the laundry room in our listing. Clearly the owners have put a lot of time and thought into the details -- the 5.0 out of 5.0 is a well-earned accolade, it is a rarity to earn this in VRBO. I would absolutely come back to this property, my biggest complaint is that they didn't have enough Tupperware -- it that is the biggest complaint, it shows what an awesome spot this is. Comfortable bed, small-but-great kitchen, knives that have been sharpened somewhat recently -- even a courtesy HDMI cable to plug in your laptop or gaming console -- nobody ever does that! The thoroughness and responsiveness of these VRBO owners is tip-top percentile. Bravo!!! ##### BEN M. Great communication with the owners. The condo was very clean and easy to get into. We loved the keyless entry! We had everything that we needed to cook meals everyday. WiFi, TV and warm furnace. Hot tub was not working the first couple of days but once maintainence got it fixed, we used it every day. SKI OUT: Only thing that didn't work for us is the location. We are both older and out of shape had a rough time hiking uphill, in snow, in our ski boots carrying out ski gear to get to the Snowflake lift. I was able to do it twice but then had my husband had drive me to the Snowflake lift. The kids had no problem though. SKI IN: Was great! Ski right back to the back door of the complex and to the condo. On the last day, the kids skied all the way to the bottom of 4 O'Clock and popped their skis off and walked across the street to return the equipment to Christy's Lonestar. We would love to come back to stay in this unit during the summer so that my son can go mountain biking. ##### Natalia L. We were really fortunate to book a very last-minute ski trip to surprise my son for his birthday. Tammy and Dan(owners) Beautiful View, Ski in Condo was just PERFECT! We easily walked to town every day. We didn't have a car. You do not need one when you stay here. The Corner unit has plenty of windows to enjoy the Gorgeous view of the Snow, trees and the skier's coming off 4 O'clock Run. My older son ended up joining us and my boys thought the leather sleeper was very comfortable. I have been to Breck several times and have enjoyed every trip. Location is Everything. This Cozy condo really brought us together as a Family. The Memories will last Forever :) ##### Ann B. The unit has its own storage and is located next to the exit door, too - super convenient for storing skis (warm) and walking in ski boots (very close). Communication with the owners was top-notch - great details, everything was so thought-through! We loved our stay and have added this place to our “list” of places y to o look up for our next trip.
