Four Peaks is our 9 BR 7.5 BA, 6000sq ft, authentic Breckenridge home one block from Main Street, 300 yds from ski lifts with sleeping capacity of 20 guests. This is the most convenient home summer or winter for large groups in Breckenridge. This home has 5 of 9 master bedrooms, and a king or queen bed in every room. Amenities include games room with pool table and air hockey, three common living rooms with large flat screen TVs, gourmet kitchen and lots of dining space, and parking for 7 cars including garage. The hot tub beckons you to relax and enjoy the mountain views.

This home is perfect for Family Reunions, large groups, families traveling together, team tournaments, Corporate Retreats, Conferences and so much more. The spaciousness of the 6000 sq ft allows everyone to feel like they have enough space, can walk anywhere in town, and get the opportunity to experience Breckenridge Nostalgia.

LOCATION – The Historic District encompasses a large portion of downtown Breckenridge and is a highly desirable area for guests, giving this property the perfect year-round location. Besides being close to the slopes, there is something for everyone in town including shopping, nightlife, a large array of dining options and plenty to do for the history buffs of the group who can enjoy a variety of museums, exhibits and walking tours.

Great family time in Breckenridge

This property is a lovely Victorian house with many nooks and crannies to play hide and seek in. The kids had a great time playing pool and air hockey and the large dining space accommodated our entire family.

Internet needs updated to show house is blue not red. Needs some restoration & fixes but expected in an old house. Over all great for big group to spread out. Our family really enjoyed it & would go back. House was clean & beds comfortable. Had everthing we needed except no kitchen dish rags & only one dish towel. The location cannot be beat. Trolly & bus stop right out front, small grocery half a block away, & main street 2 min walk. Rafi is very nice to deal with.

Guys ski trip

I have been running a guys ski trip for 22 years. The challenge is getting the right bed configuration as you can't have 2 guys sharing a queen bed. So many properties claim (accurately) to accommodate 14 people, but this site actually has 9 BR and slept 10 comfortably.

Unbeatable location, massive house for 20 guests

This stay was perfect for our group of 24 guests. Everyone had a bed. Walkable to all restaurants and shops in downtown Breck as well as the quicksilver lift. House is dated but our group didn’t mind. We love the hot tub and game room. Will definitely be coming back

It’s about a 5 min walk to quick silver lift. Our group had a great time here! It’s definitely an older feeling house, but the size and location, it’s easily worth it. I’d stay here again

Picked this place due to the size of our group being 14 people and the proximity to both the ski lifts and downtown. The location was definitely the best part. It was about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the closest lift. Downtown is right next door. That said, the house is very old. It could use more lighting in most of the rooms. Some of the shower heads don't put out much water. It does have a pool table but it's also in pretty rough shape. Nothing exactly impacted the stay but it didn't really wow anyone from our group.Communication with the host was mixed. We understood the check in policy but ended up in town earlier than expected so asked about checking in an hour or two early and got no reply. Later one of the children locked a room from the inside so we asked about keys for the rooms and the host wasn't able to tell us where they were. Thankfully we found them ourselves. One of our party left an item after we.checked out so they contacted the property manager and got a temporary code to retrieve it.

The booking is definitely a do over.

Annual family reunion with around 20. Although the house is somewhat dated, it’s in a historical district and close to Main Street restaurants and shopping. Rafi our host was very accommodating and straightforward about the unit.

Great location and large property!

Couldn't have a more convenient or accessible location to enjoy the town of Breckenridge! We lived being steps away from shops, parks, and other amenities. The parking spaces and garage access were a welcome bonus. As a group with lots of children, the separate spaces and access to en suite bathrooms were good for nap times, noise, and privacy. We LOVED the air hockey and pool table. Multiple gathering spaces allowed for. We cooked most of our meals, and it was helpful to have access to multiple refrigerators. There were plenty of plates and spoons but we found the kitchen lacking in other basic equipment including an adequate number of forks. The oven/stove was tricky to operate. Updates and a few small repairs would have made for a more comfortable stay. Many of the bedrooms (particularly upstairs) and bathrooms lacked adequate ventilation, and several windows were impossible or unsafe to open. A centrally located bathroom for common use would have been nice.

Epic Ski/Board Vacay

5 families from our MTB team mobbed Breckenridge for what we called Spring-Breck. The property was perfectly suited and located for our crew to have free run of the mountain. 5 minute walk to Quicksilver or 5 min bus to the Gondola and peak 6. Plenty of space to spread out and huge kitchen made feeding the crew pretty easy. Highly recommended, we will be back there....

One of a kind place……

Yes the building is registered as a historical building. Yes the place is so big you can get lost inside. Yes there are doors that lead to nowhere. Yes you can’t beat the location as it’s 5 mins from everything. Yes the hot tub overlooking the mountain is fire. Yes I would stay here again. Yes you won’t know what I’m talking about unless you take a chance and book this place.

Great location, steps from Main Street and close walk to the slopes. Many bedrooms, able to accommodate a very large group. The house is older and in disrepair. Needs a lot of maintenance and updating.

Beautiful house in the middle of Breck

AMAZING!!!!

This lovely home was the PERFECT place for our large group of family and friends. The location could not be better (right downtown), and the house was very clean. Lots of space for our group to spread out but at the same time all gather in the dining room for group meals. The air hockey, pool table, and hot tub were great for the kids and adults. Communication with the host was fantastic. Could not recommend this place more!

Love, love, love this home! It was our second time staying here, and the location simply can’t be beat. The property manager is also extremely accommodating and went out of his way to help us with an issue related to our scheduling. 10/10 would recommend.

50th Anniversary Family Gathering

Great location next to Main Street in Breckenridge with easy access to all that Breckenridge and surrounding area has to offer. Property itself was great for a family gathering with ample room, so everyone had comfortable space...peaceful and quiet, away from the game areas. Game room, patio, and hot tub views were enjoyed by all. Dining area was ample for large group and kitchen and gas grill were very functional and well equipped. Made for a wonderful celebration of our 50th wedding anniversary.
