### 4 Bed in Braunton (oc-wyndv)

The spacious house is situated in the heart of the older part of the popular village of Braunton, this property is just a short walk from the centre of the village, with its selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. Stylishly presented throughout whilst retaining much of its original character this elegant Victorian town house is the perfect place for families or groups of friends to get together.  
  
On the ground floor there is a comfortable living room with wood burner and separate dining room with large oak table and small utility room off with washing machine and tumble dryer. Across the hallway is the well-equipped kitchen with ample storage space, coffee machine and door to large boot room with coat hooks, hose to wash off wet suits, additional fridge, dishwasher and door to the front, providing a side entrance after returning from a long day at the beach. Carpeted stairs lead to the first floor comprising stylish bathroom with free standing bath and separate shower cubicle, two pretty twin rooms and master super king-size room with en suite all leading off from the spacious landing. Further stairs lead up to the loft area which has been thoughtfully converted including a double room with lovely views, separate shower room and ‘snug’ which provides a second living area for younger members of the party. This room is well equipped with corner sofa, comfy wing-backed armchairs, large flat screen TV with a Firestick, DVD player and Wii console and a selection of books, toys, DVDs and games.   
  
Conveniently located, Wyndham Villa is just a few minutes’ drive away from the fabulous surfing beaches including Saunton Sands, Croyde Bay and Woolacombe with the Tarka Trail also easily accessible. For keen golfers the renowned Saunton Golf Course (listed amongst the world's top 100 courses) and Ilfracombe with its magnificent sea views are only a short drive from the house.

#### Family gathering

The house is spacious and beautiful and our every need was more than catered for. It’s in a great location and while there’s no designated parking, we had no problem parking our 3 cars either directly outside or in nearby streets.

#### Wyndham Villa, Braunton

The property is a beautifully modernised Victorian villa with plenty of space and a brilliant attic chill out space for kids and teens. Clean, well equipped, stylish and in a good location. Only downside is not being able to guarantee parking nearby but street parking is free. Even has an area for sandy stuff and a hose to wash down wetsuits! A great holiday house for families.

#### Great House, Parking an issue.

This property is lovely, spacious and clean. The only down-side was the parking. The property is listed as having a parking space for one car, this is not the case we were never able to park outside the front of the house because of all the other cars - parking is a real problem on this street.
