Summary: Welcome to THE DEN! We are so happy to host you for an amazing vacation! This beautiful 2 bedroom condo is upgraded with a MODERN LOOK and will be the perfect fit for your excited family! It is located in the stunning gated community of STONEBRIDGE VILLAGE, only 2 blocks from the POOL and only 5 minutes to SILVER DOLLAR CITY!! The Space: Come on in, take a load off, and sink right into the cozy living room couch! There is plenty of room for everyone to relax to together and feel at home. The large flat screen TV offers the perfect spot for a movie night or enjoy your favorite cable TV show. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the small appliances and cooking utensils you would need to cook up your favorite meals! We also have both a Keurig and a regular coffee pot for all you coffee lovers! Pull up a chair for breakfast with your loved ones around the dining room table or pull up a seat at the bar to keep the cook company. This condo is set up perfectly for families with two beautiful bedrooms! The primary bedroom is extra spacious with private access to the back patio and an attached ensuite bathroom! Your kids will LOVE the second bedroom set up to sleep 4 with a twin over full bunkbed and an extra pullout twin trundle underneath! With no shortage of things to brag about, the back patio is another favorite that this sweet condo has to offer! Enjoy the cushioned outdoor furniture and watch the kids play in the little grassy area adjacent to the patio! Guest Access: The entire condo will be yours! You will also have access to all of the StoneBridge Resort amenities! The Neighborhood: For those hot summer days, we are just down the street from one of the 3 StoneBridge COMMUNITY POOLS! Close enough to grab your towels and walk on over! The beautiful pool (open mid-May to early September) is the perfect spot to cool off in the summer or lounge with your favorite book in one of the pool-side chairs! A short 5 minute drive away is the large pond, Forest Lake, in the StoneBridge community. It offers catch and release fishing, so just bring your poles! (no fishing license required) Several of the other StoneBridge amenities are in this same location including a large zero-entry pool overlooking Forrest Lake. It is open seasonally, Memorial Day to Labor Day, just bring your pool towels! There is also a sand volleyball court, half basketball court, playground, and walking trail around Forrest Lake! You will also have access to the clubhouse which includes 3 tennis courts, a fitness center, and another outdoor pool (also open seasonally). You can also set up a tee time to play a round at LedgeStone’s golf course (for a fee) or enjoy dinner out at the LedgeStone Bar and Grill. Getting Around: Or head out to enjoy all that the city of Branson has to offer! One of the biggest attractions is Silver Dollar City, an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave! The entrance to Silver Dollar City is conveniently located just one mile from the StoneBridge Village entrance! The HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district, is located just 15 minutes away! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of local barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's! The Branson Landing offers another plethora of activities! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show on the hour each evening! AND... don't forget about Table Rock Lake! With Indian Point Marina only 15 minutes from the cabin, renting a boat or jet ski's should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours! There will be no shortage of things to do when you come experience the vacation life in Branson, Missouri! Other Things to Note: STONEBRIDGE CAR FEE NOTICE! StoneBridge Resort has put in place a $5 charge per vehicle per night that will need to be paid at the gate upon entering the resort and is separate from your online total - this will increase to $7 in 2026\. We do not have control over this charge but do want to make sure every guest who stays with us is aware prior to your arrival onsite. We have several other cabins also in the Stonebridge community ready to help you accommodate whatever your needs may be! We have everything from 1 bedrooms cabins up to 7 bedroom cabins! Just let us know what else you are looking for! BOAT RENTAL OR STORAGE! Indian Pointe Marina is just 15 minutes away and offers a variety of boat rentals if you want to spend a day out on the lake! The State Park Marina is only 20 minutes away and would be another great option! If you are bringing a boat with you, both marinas are available for you to set up plans for easy storage! CANNABIS AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE POLICY: Usage of cannabis (marijuana) and any other federally prohibited drug is not allowed on or near the home, property, or premises. Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises. This was our first time to Branson with our kids (3 and 7). They of course thought the bunk beds were amazing and getting to have their own space was a great. The apartment itself is beautiful and very well appointed. Beds were comfortable. But know that the property is HUGE! We knew it was big but we’re still surprised. We wished we’d had a golf cart lol. There are 3 different pools. 1 was a quiet pool close to us, the other larger two were father away but very nice. We wish we’d had more time to explore it all. We only ate at the on-site once (Legends I think it’s called). We got takeout and it was good. About as decent as you can expect for takeout. Nothing bad but not nothing I’ll remember either. Do yourself a favor and head to the top of the hill the unit sits on for some beautiful sunsets! Overall this was a great place and we’d love to stay again! ##### Traci S.
