This is our 2nd time staying in the Grand Mtn cabins. The room could be cleaner (top of fridge had a month’s worth of dust). The fireplace had an awful smell of gas so couldn’t use it, I don’t recommend staying in a cabin at the end next to road as it was loud. There was no deadbolt tumbler, ceramic floor tile was broke in front of sink had to be careful not to slip and fall. Our towels were still damp, the toilet was loose and pinched your leg. Cabin is very close to the helicopter rides so you hear that going and landing. The bed was either broke or slats missing. We had to leave in the middle of the night couldn't sleep on it. tried contacting property manager first response was we didn't find anything then were sorry it didn't meet your expectations no refund free stay nothing. ##### JANETTE M.
