We love this property. Stay here anytime you’re in the Branson area. Great family place with a lot to do for the kiddos! Great pool and pretty good food at the restaurant on property!

Very affordable and family friendly resort. Close to many attractions and restaurants. Staff were friendly and courteous and the check-in process was very easy. Accomodation was very spacious and offered us everything we needed. My only gripe is that there was a leak in the ceiling of one of the bathrooms that had water dripping down from it onto the floor.

Very clean. Easy to navigate with maps provided. Friendly front desk staff. I only started to sleep-did not use kitchen amenities, but they seem nice. We were"end of season," so did not use pool or outdoor activities.

The place was clean and it was nice and it was relatively conveniently located. But here’s the negative they’re trying to push a timeshare. They evidently have shared my information and all I get every day is damn timeshare calls if I had known this I would not have rented there. I told them upfront, when asked, I didn’t want anything to do with it. However because Im dealing with these calls; I will never have anything to do with their properties again.

Place was nicely located in Branson. The pool needed cleaning a little and out soak tub in our cottage had mold shooting out of it and ants. The cottage space was great for a very active family of 4.

We stayed at a 2 bedroom house (4 people). It was spacious and clean. Good location. Close to everything. Shoutout to Lee who gave us rides to the pool and back. A great kid friendly water park. Excellent bar and restaurant on the property, fun entertainment in the evening. We’d be definitely be back again! Highly recommend for families with kids.

My nine year old daughter really enjoyed the water slide and pool. At times there were too many people congregating in the landing area for the water slide. It was nice having a restaurant on site at the pool. The karaoke was fun to watch. We had a great time, and we would come back if we were in the area. Brad Butler

This place was beautiful and very cute. House was super clean and big. Love how everyone had their own house and not a hotel room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn't go to the pool becus I went to moonshine beach instead.

The basement level was great for the bigger kids. The foosball table was a big hit and nice sectional with big TV. The kitchen had multiple problems: the ice maker did not work, the faucet head would not retract, and the dishwasher was not properly attached so when you pulled out any of the trays the whole inside tipped forward. We had a crawling baby and the wood floor was not cleaned. There was no broom or vacuum to try to clean ourselves. The website said they had high chairs and baby gates. They do not and that was a huge inconvenience both for feeding and keeping the baby off the stairs. This unit had good beds and ultimately worked for our party of 8, but maintenance of the kitchen, better floor cleaning, and not saying they had baby gear would have made it better.

Love it, the main pool was down with was a little bomber but they give us pass for they sister pool to enjoy the day which was really nice.
