The condo is spotless, perfectly sized, and located in a fantastic area. The view from the patio is absolutely beautiful, and everything you could possibly need is readily available. The master bed is exceptionally comfortable, making for a truly relaxing stay. I will stay here again. I highly recommend this retreat.

Tidy and Family Friendly
We enjoyed the condo, it was super clean and had everything we could think of when traveling! It is nice to be able cook simple meals and save some money when traveling with kids.
The pool area, tiki bar, and restaurant were a huge hit for our family!

Extended weekend getaway
Husband and I stayed for an extended weekend. Just a quick Branson visit to relax, do some shopping, and see the Christmas lights. Condo was as described and as shown in pictures. Nice and clean. Gated access with friendly staff. Pond right outside, loved hearing the ducks each day. We had zero issues during our stay. Would definitely stay again.

The condo was nice and clean. The bed was comfy. The linens are good quality. There were plenty of necessities to last our 3 night 2 day stay. It was perfect for the two of us, but might be a little crowded for many more than that in the seating area. It was a very nice stay. If I had any complaints at all, it would be that there wasn't much hot water. The hot water tank is on the small side. However, it wasnt a big enough issue to cause any problems for us. We would gladly stay here again!

Perfect Branson Retreat for a Family of Three
This cozy condo was the perfect landing pad for our annual Spring break trip to Branson. Close to the strip and a stone's throw from some of our favorite off-strip activities, this quiet property allowed us to unwind and recharge for our packed itinerary.Photos are accurate and the space is clean and bright with contemporary decor.Check-in was seamless and the Pointe Royale resort is easy to navigate. The property also has ample parking and friendly staff. Our host, Amber, was clear and communicative. From booking, to check-in, and check-out, she made everything a breeze!A random highlight: THE SHOWER PRESSURE. If you travel often, you know shower pressure (or lack thereof) can make or break your mornings and evenings. And let me tell you something, the shower pressure in this condo is amazing! Truly a unicorn amenity! At the end of our stay, our nine-year-old asked, "Can we stay here every time we come to Branson?" And I think that sums up our experience perfectly.

Nice place overall
Even though the reality of the rooms differed from our interpretation of the photos online, it was a nice room and had everything advertised, just a little smaller and older. The king bed was very comfortable. The full bed was hard and small, and is not technically a bedroom as it doesn't have a closet. The only place to hang clothes is in the laundry room. The living room couch was a loveseat and the only other seating was straight-backed chairs. The couch itself was old & stained so we used a blanket to cover it.It's difficult at night to see, and maneuver around everything, so a small night light would be a good addition.The Keurig was a nice touch, but coffeemate 'creamer' is all chemicals and very unhealthy. The little LandoLake creamers last a long time and would be a nice touch.The balcony was a bonus and it looks out over a pond. The only issue we encountered was the swarms of bugs that flew in when we left the slider open. There isn't a screen on it so be sure you close it behind you. We were "buggy" all night. Amber was very good with communication and everything was explained well. We did take exception to the note of the refrigerator telling us to put the dishes in the dishwasher and run it before we left. Since there is a charge of 100 for housekeeping services, we don't think that's an appropriate ask for a renter. Overall, we'd give it an 8 out of 10.
