Beautiful Pointe Royale resort in Branson. A lovely landscaped property. Please read detailed description of condo layout below. Our 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms condo is owned and managed by us. If you have a Question, call us, no management Company. Our numbers are listed in the condo and in your booking information.

As in most 3 or more bedroom properties in Branson, the condo entrance is on second floor of building. Just upstairs from parking lot. Inside the condo, the main floor has living room, dining area, kitchren, laundry closet, master bedroom with master bathroom, plus the arch window bedroom and the main bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs (the 2nd floor of condo, 3rd floor of the building) are 2 bedrooms, a den and a full bathroom. To find accessible properties, see filters on VRBO search filters.

The condo is comfortably updated. Also, our great location is just a short walk to Lake Taneycomo, BBQ/Picnic and playground area and the private Pointe Royale trailhead. Located 10 minutes to Table Rock Lake and 17 minutes to Silver Dollar City. The Pointe is well away from the heavy traffic but close to everything Branson.

At the condo, you are a short walk or drive to the Clubhouse, where you can eat breakfast or lunch, access the indoor or outdoors pools, the hot tub, or work out in the workout facilities. A summer time the Tiki Bar is open in the pools area. Spend the day at the pools! Our major problem is trying to get the grandchildren out of the pools.

The condo has a washer and dryer for your laundry needs. Handy if you spend the days at the pools. We supply laundry soap. Enjoy your favorite shows on the cable TVs. Stay connected with the free Hi-speed internet. Work from here if you must.

The kitchen has just about everything you need, from the range, refrigerator, dishwasher and many pans, glass cookware to many dishes and utensils. There are 2 dining areas, kitchen table for 4 and dining area table for 8.

The back deck has a lovely view of the Ozark Mountains and a glimpse of Lake Taneycomo. This is our favorite place for coffee in the morning before the afternoon heat sets in. We love to watch the many water fowl that liven up the view, too.

In the 3 bathrooms, towels, hand soap and bath soap are provided. HVAC was updated in 2024. Our condo has everything you need for a memorable vacation.

For condo security, we have a camera outside the condo front door.

Great Condo, great location, great deal.

The kichen was very well stocked and very clean. Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. The indoor pool and hot tub made for a relaxing end to a long day of Christmas lights viewing.

Labor Day Weekend in Branson

Fantastic & Upscale Condo

Our family was very impressed by the condition and care taken with this 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 2 living area condo. There is a view of Tanycomo from the screened in porch. There were loads of towels and ammenties. We had a great time and look forward to returning next year.

Memorial Weekend get away

The property was just as described in the VRBO listing. The owners were very easy to get in touch with and very accommodating when we needed to change our date. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. It is an easy walk to the lake for fishing and an easy drive into Branson sites and activities. If I had one complaint, it is that there isn’t a pantry or enough cabinets for putting food away but we made it all work. We have 7 adults in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone. We will stay again.

We loved staying here, it was spacious and very well kept and had everything we needed. Our only issue was the cell service is not good in the valley so we were going to rely on the internet provided but it was so slow we really could not use it.

Great stay a little outside Branson

Great stay overall. The property is clean, spacious and had all amenities that I would have wanted. Cons are minor and situational like the pool being extremely crowded or long lines at the front gate to get into the development (I stayed in August 2023 so crowds are expected.) There was a minor miscommunication on the part of the owner prior to check-in and they sent a gift basket to make up for it which was unexpected and nice.

Branson Vacation 2023

Once again our stay was perfect. The facility was just the right size for our family of 6 and we actually has extra room. Having access to the golf course and pool was a plus. The kids love swimming. The extra items provided make the stay easier—beach towels, laundry pods and dryer sheets. I am definitely a puzzle lover so my family enjoyed working a puzzle that was also provided. The covered patio was perfect for early morning coffee. Definitely plan to return in the future.
