  • apartment on 2 floors in villa of the owner, 20 minutes from Bastia, 4 km from the sea.
     on the 1st floor: a large room with a beautiful terrace table, chairs and deckchairs overlooking the sea and Mediterranean garden
    On the ground floor: a dining room with a bed for 1 to 2 people, a kitchen area with adjoining laundry room and a bathroom with shower. and WC Garden and second terrace with sea views, barbecue garden furniture. and hammocks
    Ideal for a couple with 1 child (or 3 people), lovers of peace and nature, aspiring to discover the authenticity of villages and Corsican landscapes on foot or by car.
    No pets.
    A deposit of 200 € will be required at the beginning of the stay and will be refundable at the end of the stay. Sheets and towels will be made available. Vacances au calme dans un vaste jardin

Le must de cet hébergement est sans aucun doute son jardin bien entretenu, arboré avec une vue immense sur la mer. La terrasse supérieure permet de bénéficier de cette vue quels que soient l’heure du jour et l’ensoleillement. La propriétaire Michelle est à la fois d’une disponibilité absolue et d’une grande discrétion. Un véhicule est nécessaire pour accéder aux plages et aux commerces en 10 minutes. Un petit restaurant de village est accessible à pied et propose des soirées corses très agréables. Un hébergement idéal pour profiter du calme avec des enfants.

Entspannen unter Olivenbäumen mit Blick aufs Meer

Das Haus ist wunderschön und stilvoll eingerichtet, die Terrassen und der Garten sind bezaubernd. Mit einem herrlichen Blick aufs Meer sitzt man im Schatten unter hohen Olivenbäumen und kann es dort auch bei Hitze gut aushalten. Auch die Hängematten im Garten mit Blick auf Meer und Elba haben wir gerne genutzt. Die Eigentümerin Mme Tardy, die nebenan wohnt, hat uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen und sich ansonsten diskret im Hintergrund gehalten, stand aber bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung und hatte gute Tipps für uns. Zum Meer sind es 5 min mit dem Auto, zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit in Erbalunga 10 min. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage, um das Cap mit seinen schönen Stränden, kleinen Ortschaften und Wanderwegen in die Berge zu erkunden. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Une vue magnifique, dans le calme absolu

Nous avons été subjugués par la vue imprenable sur la mer de ce duplex, dans une villa de caractère, dont le jardin et sa végétation vous dépaysent et vous préservent des grosses chaleurs. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le calme des environs la nuit et lors de nos petits déjeuners et dîners sur les terrasses avec toujours la mer à l’horizon. A la recherche des magnifiques paysages dont regorge la Corse et amoureux du Cap depuis des années, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Poretto. Nous nous sommes beaucoup rapprochés de la propriétaire très attentionnée avec nous, mais aussi de très bon conseil quant aux lieux à voir impérativement le long du Cap. Vous rencontrerez une personne dont vous ne remarquerez pas la présence, mais toujours disponible.

Nous avons passé 2 super semaines en juillet avec notre fils de 14 ans . Chambre des parents à l'étage garantissant l'intimité .... Les nuits calmes et agréables avec les ventilateurs ....la clim ne nous a pas manqué malgré les grosses chaleurs Deux terrasses avec vue magnifique sur la mer . Petits déjeuners et diners sur la terrasse inférieure bien ombragée au sein d'un très beau parc bien entretenu Hamac sous les oliviers ....super Bastia ni trop prèt ni trop loin ... Notre propriétaire Mme Tardy très très sympathique étant à la fois discrète et présente . Rien ne nous a manqué en particulier en ce qui concerne l'équipement de cuisine La wifi dans presque toute la maison . Et même pour ceux que ça intéresse ( nous pas trop ) un grand écran avec net fix Nous ne pouvons que conseiller cette super location .

Je me suis senti extrêmement bien durant mon sejour la bas. Sortir le matin de la chambre située au premiér étage et voir le jardin et la mer - c'était un réve. J'ai savouré pouvoir utiliser le hamac et lire mon livre dans le silence du jardin. Mme Tardi est un parfait mélange de discretion et de communication franche. Elle m'a donné beaucoup de recommandations et de les environs. Je suis absolument sûr de revenir là un jour

Madame Michele molto gentile e corretta, purtroppo non ci aspettava per il giorno convenuto e questo ha creato qualche problema. Il posto è molto bello ma non è propriamente adatto per bambini in quanto ci sono basse balaustre che danno su salti di 3-4 metri. In quel giorno c'erano molte zanzare. Le stanze della casa sono piccole.

Le lieu est exactement comme sur la photo. La vue sur la mer est splendide et le jardin est magnifique. A l'intérieur il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de super vacances. Par ailleurs Mme Tardy est super sympa et les enfants l'ont adorée. On a profité des plages, notamment à Miomo et c'est facile de se rendre plus aout vers le cap. Une voiture est indispensable car c'est au milieu d'un village dans les hauteur.

Lieu paisible avec une vue magnifique sur la mer

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans ce duplex dans la villa de Mme Tardy. Mme Tardy est une personne très gentille, à votre écoute vous donne de très bons conseils pour les belles randonnées sur la Haute Corse. Charmant duplex bien équipé, très propre, très belle vue sur la mer et l'ile d Elbe, le matin prendre le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse de la chambre entourée d'oliviers et figuier, ce fut un plaisir en regardant ce magnifique paysage. Endroit très bien placé pour visiter le Cap Corse, vous avez une petite plage à Lavasina à 4 km, sinon nous avons bien aimé la plage de Méria. Le soir vous pouvez aussi aller manger au petit port d Erbalunga et petite ballade.Nous avons bien mangé aussi à San martino di Lota restaurant "La Place". Si vous aimez le calme,regarder le soir les étoiles sur la belle terrasse, les belles vues sur la mer, ainsi que la montagne. Je vous conseille ce charmant duplex dans la Villa de Mme Tardy. Eine charmante, individuell gestaltete Wohnung mit zwei Terrassen und viel Komfort

Die Wohnung liegt am Hang über dem Meer, mit Morgensonne auf der Terrasse. Es ist vor allem ein ruhiger Ort, abseits der vielbefahrenen Küstenstraße. Die Einrichtung ist individuell und charmant - es ist alles da, was man braucht.

J'aurai passé huit jours avec mes deux fils dans cette très jolie maison, parfaitement conforme à la description, idéalement située, très calme, avec un jardin et une vue magnifiques. Madame Tardy, qui en occupe une partie, se montre discrète, mais tout à fait disponible si besoin et de bon conseil. Une seule remarque: cette location, par ailleurs idéale, n'est sans doute pas adaptée pour des gens désirant faire la fête tous les soirs et autant de bruit qu'ils le souhaitent. Benoit

Séjour (fin juin) fort agréable et bien trop court chez Mme Tardy, à Brando. Maison de charme avec un très joli jardin ombragé et une vue imprenable sur la mer, au calme, et idéalement située. Location très agréable avec terrasses sur deux niveaux, sous les oliviers et avec vue sur mer. Situation idéale pour rayonner dans le cap Corse (Erbalunga, Macinaggio, Centuri, Nonza et bien sûr Bastia). Pour les amateurs de polyphonies, nombreux concerts de qualité dans la région (A Filetta, Barbara Furtuna, I Muvrini). Un grand merci à Michèle pour son amical pot d'accueil et ses conseils avisés. Wohnung mit traumhaften Ausblick.Nett eingerichtet und ruhiger Lage. Das Cap Corse ist wirklich eine Reise wert.Die spektakulären Ausblicke der Küstenstrasse sind fantastisch. Ferienwohnung in reizvoller Lage

Wir haben 11 Tage im Juli / August diesen Jahres in der von Frau Tardy liebevoll gestalteten Ferienwohnung verbracht. Sie ist am Ortseingang von Poretto gelegen und man genießt einen wunderschönen Blich von der oberen Terasse, bei guter Sicht ist Elba zu sehen. Die Wohnung ist umfänglich ausgestattet, in der kleinen Küche lassen sich einfache Speisen zubereiten. Wir haben hier zu viert unsere Ferien verbracht und nichts vermisst. Frau Tardy ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und hat einige Tipps für die Erkundung der Insel parat. Die Verständigung auf Englisch war gut möglich. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gern weiter.

Einfach schön!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in dieser lauschigen Ferienwohnung. Sie war wie im Online-Inserat beschrieben, mit viel Platz innen wie außen und einer sehr hilfsbereiten und freundlichen Vermieterin nebenan. Kleiner Abstrich (trotz 5 Sternen): wir waren in diesem Jahr die ersten Mieter, die Wohnung war noch leicht feucht und muffelte etwas.

perfekt zur Erholung auf Cap Corse

Unsere Woche in der Ferienwohnung der stets freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieterin war der perfekte Start in unseren Korsika-Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die beiden schön gelegenen Terassen (eine mit Meerblick) laden zu längeren Aufenthalten ein. Stein- bzw. Kiesstrände sind mit dem Auto in etwa 10 Minuten erreichbar, zum nächsten Sandstrand brauchten wir etwa eine halbe Stunde. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, wird sie in dieser Unterkunft finden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

La gentilezza e la disponibilità della signora Michelle garantiscono una impeccabile accoglienza. Il luogo offre una vista strepitosa sul mare, raggiungibile in pochi minuti, e la tranquillità ideale per una vacanza rilassante. il grande e comodo giardino fa della casa un posto comodo anche per i bambini
