Ground floor apartment of a newly built villa, consisting of large living area with kitchen, double bedrooms, bedroom with two three single beds, bathroom with shower complete with accessories and large outdoor area with furnished pergola.
Equipped with all comforts: satellite TV, washing machine, freezer, oven, dishes, showers, hairdryer, fans, outdoor shower, barbecue and large terraces for a sweet relaxation with a sea view.
The property overlooks the splendid sea of Realmonte (AG), a few meters from the FARO, near the sandy beaches of Pergole and Giallonardo, Russello beach, water duci.
