#### Falsche Fotos eingestellt, falsche Angaben zur Ausstattung, total überteuert

Der Besitzer hat mehrere Fotos seines eigenen Hauses und von seinen privaten Räumen in der Anzeige eigestellt (die allerersten Fotos des Inserats zeigen SEIN EIGENES (!) Haus, der Billardtisch steht in seinem Haus, 2 der 3 Tischgruppen auf dem Gelände sind direkt vor seinem Haus). Nur im Text wird mal erwähnt, die vermietete FeWo sei im "Nebenhaus". In der Beschreibung steht eindeutig „Klimaanlage“, weshalb wir die Wohnung im Hochsommer überhaupt erst gebucht haben! Es gibt KEINERLEI Klimaanlage – eine absolut falsche Angabe zur FeWo-Ausstattung des Vermieters! Auf Nachfrage sagte der Vermieter, dies sei ein „Übersetzungsfehler“. Die Tatsache, dass ich aber über FeWo-direkt mit der Angabe „Klimaanlage“ gebucht habe, wurde mehrfach ignoriert. Die FeWo selbst ist in einem alten Nebengebäude, die FeWo selbst ist ausgesprochen düster. Das Haus ist unterkellert, weshalb es in allen Räumen (auch im Erdgeschoss!) muffig-feucht riecht. Der Wohnraum im Keller ist im Sommer zwar kühl, aber es riecht intensiv muffig und schimmlig. Hier liegt auch das zweite sehr kleine und fensterlose Bad (ebenfalls intensiv muffig), das im Video nicht gezeigt wird. Die FeWo wurde sehr oberflächlich geputzt übergeben, es gibt wirklich überall (!) in der FeWo Spinnen und Spinnennetze, die selbst, wenn man sie entfernt, 2 Tage später wieder da sind. Die beiden Sitzgruppen auf dem Gelände dürfte man benutzen. Der Esstisch ist allerdings gut 100 m von der vermieteten Wohnung entfernt. Alle 4 Stühle sind rostig, es gibt dafür insgesamt genau 2 Sitzpolster für den Po, nicht für die Lehnen. Direkt vor der FeWo gibt es noch einen Sitzplatz mit 2 Stühlen und einem viel zu kleinen, niedrigen Tisch. Zu viert dort zu essen ist sehr unbequem und macht keinen Spaß, zumal es dort an 3/7 Tagen abends deutlich nach Abwasser gerochen hat. Reinigungsmittel und WC-Papier werden laut Ausschreibung gestellt. Für 4 Personen/ 7 Tage gab es insgesamt ½ Rolle WC-Papier und 2 Spülmaschinentabs. Die Küchenausstattung ist okay, wenn auch sehr minimalistisch. Für den Mietpreis wären ein paar richtige Weingläser durchaus angebracht! Positiv an der Wohnung: sie ist, abgesehen vom häufigen und nervigen Bellen der Hunde der Besitzer sehr ruhig gelegen. In 5 km Entfernung ist ein Bäcker und ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen. Fazit: Ich kann von dieser FeWo nur abraten! Könnte ich keinen Stern vergeben, würde ich das tun!

#### Très bon we malgré un le temps

Séjour pendant le WE de l ascension. Maison qui correspond à la description (sauf pour la 2ème SDB qui était en travaux). Endroit tranquille et reposant. Maison agréable, mais dont la pièce principale est très difficile à chauffer. Le parc est magnifique, mais malheureusement nous n avons pas pu en profiter à cause du tps. Propriétaire à nos petits soins . Merci à lui. Nous recommandons.
