River/pubs within 1 mile walk. Galleried bedroom, Superking bed, laptop friendly desk/dressing table (room for travel cot). Ground floor large sofabed. Wifi & SmartTV. Kitchen area with oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer. Dining table for 4\. Free parking on large forecourt shared with main house. Quiet location, trees and birdsong. Animal friendly. The space The Cottage is modern, light and spacious. The bedroom has a huge, comfortable bed with luxurious 600 thread sateen cotton bed linen. There is room for a travel cot or toddler blow-up bed. The extendable antique wooden table makes a perfect study area, or dressing table area, next to a full length mirror (and hairdryer). There is plenty of drawer and hanging space, plus a full-length closet downstairs, with iron and ironing board. The kitchen area is fully equipped to cater from breakfast and snacks to home-cooked meals. To the side of The Cottage is a sunny garden area with BBQ and outside table and chairs and reclining chairs for your exclusive use, and to the rear is a small copse then fields. Our 3 friendly dogs (2 labradors and a shihtzu) play in the grounds and will give you a warm welcome! Guest access The whole cottage is yours. There is shared parking to the front. To the side of The Cottage is a garden area for your exclusive use. (Note, it is not totally enclosed). Other things to note Additional cost of £10 per dog per night (maximum 2). Will definitely go back and look forward to going back. Beautiful area and perfect for a dog if you are taking your dog, owners dogs very friendly, local pubs close by.
