"I had a wonderful stay at The Peninsula Manila. The hotel itself is grand and truly spectacular, with an elegant atmosphere that makes you feel special from the moment you arrive. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly attentive, and my concierge was always at my beck and call. No request was too small or too much—whether it was arranging for an iron and ironing board to be set up promptly or organizing additional bathroom amenities, everything was handled efficiently and with a smile. Overall, the level of care and attention to detail made my stay both comfortable and memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury and outstanding service"

"Happy to have stayed at this hotel. The location was great. Easy access to areas I wanted to see. The room was clean and staffs upfront and dining areas were all nice and friendly. Items needed in the room were sent with out waiting for a long wait. "

"Easy Check-in since room key was left in lockbox with a passcode, however the room was Cockroach Central! Immediately upon entering the room for the first time you can see all the roaches scurry away. Unfortunately the room was not what it seemed like in the photos. The Expedia.com pics must have been several years ago since many items in room were broken (toilet bowl, curtains, etc. Location was great and many places within walking distance. Room was very affordable yet has some places for improvement. I think since the Trash room was located across the hall from our room caused the insects to enter our rental. We made the best of it for our short stay. "
