Kitchen, bathrooms & communal areas may be shared with other paying guests staying in the property. High speed wi-fi & central heating throughout the home & a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, for guests use. Located a short walk from Bournemouth train station & the local shops in Charminster & all major transport routes. The Room; This is a private double bedroom with a king size bed and duvet bedding. There are a large set of drawers, built in wardrobes, a work desk and chair as well as tea & coffee making facilities & a kettle in the room. There is also a 32” inch Smart TV with all major internet streaming services. Shared Spaces; This home has high-speed WiFi throughout and has a fully equipped kitchen, with washing machine, cooker, microwave, toaster etc for guests use. There is a rear enclosed garden with outdoor furniture. Please note that communal areas are shared with other guests that may be staying in the property.
