With the mountain located literally across the street, hiking and mountain biking trails are plentiful. Two golf courses are located down the street in one direction while a recreation center with an Olympic sized pool and water attractions for kids is located in the other direction. The Lagoon Amusement Park is just 15 minutes away. Watch the sun set over the Great Salt Lake from your own covered patio with an amazing view. With covered guest parking to shield your car from sun and snow, a full bath complete with a walk-in shower and a separate tub, and a fully stocked kitchen, this will be your home away from home. With only 19 quick minutes to the airport or downtown Salt Lake City, this location is ideally located. Centrally located between all the world-class ski resorts that Utah has to offer for year-round fun. Just six houses away from the beautiful Bountiful Temple belonging to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. This completely private studio apartment, with its own private entrance, is located in the walk-out basement of our family home.
