Close to lots of hiking trails and walking distance to downtown Boulder and CU Campus. Also a short walk to the Hill, Campus, Parks, Boulder Creek, shopping, food and bars. Ideal location for any parents visiting their kids at CU, business men looking for a clean and nice work environment, or a few families coming to vacation in Boulder. The home is about 2700 sqft with an open layout. There are two master suites with their own bathrooms housing a King bed and a Queen Bed, three other rooms with a combination of bunk beds and a queen, queen and a comfortable pull out couch. Lots of sleeping room for large parties. On street parking was never an issue. This house is in a quiet residential neighborhood, so college noise was just not a thing. All modern appliances, comfortable beds, can seat everyone at large table. Younger members of our group enjoyed the hot tub. Good location, nicely furnished and a well appointed kitchen with everything you need to cook meals. Will definitely stay here again. Only detraction from our stay was lack of internet. We enjoyed cooking in your gourmet kitchen, eating all together on your beautiful farm table and watching movies together on your big comfy couch.
