We’re right in the middle of everything! From exclusive restaurants, to exciting attractions, you’ll find lots of things to do on your own or with your family for vacations. The neighborhood has options for every taste: Theaters, such as Boston Opera House, iconic places like Chinatown, beautiful parks like Boston Common and Boston Public Garden, super fun Tours and Museums, bars and a lot more! This is a very easy place to get to; it is really close to all Train Lines. Close to the Orange Line - State Street, Government Center, Haymarket Red line - Park Street, Downtown Crossing, MGMH Green line - Park Street, Boylston and the Government Center Also, being such a centric location in the city, you can literally go anywhere from here: The New England Aquarium, Boston´s City Hall, Boston Harbor, Charles River… the list goes on and on! To calculate the distance or commute of this apartment to/from anywhere you need to be, use "Massachusetts State House, Boston MA" as a landmark in your map search. Keys will need to be picked up in a nearby KeyCafe location before its closing time. For late check-in, guest must inform us ahead of time to coordinate guests' key access. Reservation Requirements Upon booking, guest will be asked to complete two requirements. 1) Completing our guest verification form which includes the primary guest should upload a selfie holding a valid identification card on the form, this should also match with the credit card information used for making the reservation and the information entered on the booking platform. 2) Guest form to know our guests a little better, confirm your contact details, and make sure you sign all the paperwork needed such as the Rental Agreement. We specify all reservation details and in-stay guides in a virtual guidebook provided prior to check-in. You will need to complete the above reservation requirements before access will be given. All access point are with key locks. Key Cafe Instruction will be provided at least a day before check-in date or upon completion of reservation requirements. The Key pickup location is 5-10 minutes walk from the Property. House Rules and Safety \* Mid-Stay Cleaning is available with a fee and needs to be scheduled ahead of time. \* We are required to allow the building to access the unit from time to time for maintenance, tours, or inspections. Notice may not be provided, but if we do receive notice we will surely pass it on. \* Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property. \* Pets are not allowed. \* Our properties are not ideal for loud, rowdy groups. My 16 year old daughter and I traveled to Boston for a long weekend trip to explore the city. We picked a place close to many things we wanted to see and do but that was safe.Check in process was a bit confusing, be sure to complete the entire process online before arrival. The keys were not in the kiosk so we had to wait for the housekeeper to bring the keys to the 7-11\. This was a bit frustrating and delayed our arrival by 30 or more minutes. Also understand that it is a bit of a hike back to the place from the 7-11 where the keys have to be retrieved. The place is small and cozy located on the 6th floor but you can access it via elevator. There is a note in the elevator asking you not to use it early in the morning or late at night (because it is loud) but others ignored this request. I did attempt to make contact with the company regarding the air conditioner. The temperature consistently remained at 78-82 degrees. I only received an automated response despite my attempts. We did spend very little time in the room so we made due with the temperatures.Sleeping was a bit uncomfortable given the warm temperatures, thin mattress and single pillow. We made it work for us.The place was relatively close to the subway station but understand that there is a lot of up hill walking. We enjoyed having our coffee in the nearby parks and lots of cute shops close by too. Overall, it was a good trip! ##### Shelly C. There was visible mold on the air unit; my face broke out and my friend was congested the entire time. The shower curtain was solid pink at the bottom (mold) and there is NO OVEN like promised, which was half of the reason we chose this place. It is located in downtown Boston, but it is at the top of a very large hill, so be prepared.Check in is at 3:00, no earlier. We emailed days prior and they said we could get in at 1:30\. When nobody sent us directions to get in, we emailed and called for nearly TWO HOURS and NOBODY answered one single time. It is impossible to contact the property owners. To enter the apartment, you have to receive an access code (which you'd be lucky to get on time), get the keys from a box in a 7-11 and walk 15 min to the actual place from the 7-11 (extremely inconvenient). ##### Haley J. Overall the stay was good, the location is perfect, close to everything. The check-in process requires picking up a key from a key cafe, however, you don't get access until right at 3pm, or as it turns out even later, if they haven't delivered the key yet (which they hadn't). The key cafe is not really close either, so you are not getting into the room until well after 3pm. The room itself was fine, not very clean though, and kitchen is not well equipped. Plus, the microwave didn't work. The bed is not really comfortable, slops to the middle, and the pillows are basically non-existent. All said, for a short stay in Boston, this place met our needs, was more reasonably priced than other places and had a great location. I would consider staying again. ##### Dor B. Easy access by walking or rideshare to many Boston landmarks. Shares the block with local gems for food and drink. The elevator and stairwell definitely reflect the age of the building, but property is very nicely kept. The room was clean and tidy as were the public areas of the building. The key pickup/drop-off process warrants mixed review. The keycafe where we got our apartment key was located far enough away that we needed to add a stop to our Uber ride after flying in and not being familiar with the neighborhood. The pick-up process was well communicated and easy. When planning our ride (5:30 AM) for an early flight, I realized that we needed to leave before the businesses with keycafes in our area would open. I sent a message notifying the property manager that we would have to leave the key in the room. They seemed to accept this with a little discussion. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation in Boston with the apartment being a good, budget friendly home for the 5 nights we were there. ##### Aaron D. Last text received prior to arrival said: To secure your access codes for your stay, please complete the pre-arrival requirements (rental agreement). . . Access codes will be provided at your check-in time 3pm. Took a cab from the airport - arrived at the location. Having not received the access codes by text, I called StayNue. I was told to log into my portal (what portal)? Keep in mind that the most recent/urgent communications had been by text. I was on my phone and not my computer then. The woman who answered told me I had to get to a place a half mile away from the location. With all my luggage just out of the taxi, I had to walk in 90 degree heat to the key location. Then I had to walk back uphill another half mille (Beacon HILL) with my luggage and in that heat back to the condo. Sweltering in summer. I imagine this would be a very cold RT walk in the winter. That same walk or separate cab ride has to be done at departure to drop off keys. A lockbox at condo location or at a next door commercial establishment should be considered. I asked VRBO, StayNue, Voyage Management, and the host for the WiFi access credentials. I wasn’t given the credentials until 22 hours into my 42-hour stay. Pillows on bed had only one-inch thickness. ##### Jewell E. We had to flip the sheets, because the sheets had fabric balls, from wear, all over them. The location of this property was great, but we could barely walk after such a terrible sleep. To get the key you have to go to a market a few blocks away which was inconvenient because I was using Uber to get around and I had luggage. I would have preferred a key box or door code although given that you need a key fob to get into the building, I understand why it is that way. The bathroom didn't look or smell like it had been cleaned. Besides that, it was spotless and great for the price. There is a great coffee shoppe on one corner and a convenience store on the other so it was easy to grab essentials while traveling. management was easy to get ahold of and responded via text as needed. ##### Melissa H.
