This luxury 1,100 sq. ft. 2- bedroom, 2- bathroom apartment has its own separate building entrance and is fully ADA accessible. Tastefully appointed and decorated with the original art by local artists, this cozy suite features a modern kitchen, a beautiful sitting / dining area with a wall to ceiling bay window, a private porch, and two spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a large smart TV set. A washer / dryer is in the unit. Very fast internet connection is included.
The suite has is own HVAC system, so there’s no air sharing with other units.

The place is in an excellent location, just steps from the T, a French pastry shop and some really great restaurants! It accommodated us well with our friends and Stas was very responsive! We highly recommend staying here when visiting Boston!

Family Vacation

We were in the perfect location for our vacation. Right next to a pub and a french bakery and other local businesses. Travel into Boston was made easy as the Newton Highlands subway stop was right next door. Stas was an amazing host with great information on Boston.

Lovely apartment, close to everything

The owner has created a lovely, clean and bright oasis. Modern bathrooms and kitchen, well furnished. He is also easy to reach and eager to help guests make the most of the area. We hope to stay again.

Great stay. Immediately wanted to book again for the future. We enjoyed our stay in Newton Highlands! The apartment was nicely set up for a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids). The location was excellent with close proximity to restaurants and the train station across the street was very convenient for visiting downtown Boston and Fenway.

New and convenient, great hospitality

Stas was a wonderful and thoughtful host. He made check in easy for my inlaws, who stayed in this bright, newly renovated apartment for a long weekend. They had a great stay and were very comfortable. The location is really fantastic. Thank you Stas!

We brought another couple who had never been to Boston and this was a great place for all of us to stay. We parked our car and didn’t move it for three days. The T Station is literally right behind the apartment. Stas has done a wonderful job of making it a clean, bright place to stay. Highly recommend for two couples.

Visit to Newton

Four days stay in this lovely VRBO. The host, Stas, couldn’t have been nicer. Went out of his way to show us around and to check in on us periodically. It’s clean, bright and welcoming. Would absolutely recommend it and stay there again.
