Property is well situated close to all including the New England Aquarium, whale watching and trolleys tours, Quincy Mall, transportation, ferries, etc. Hotel has a good in-house restaurant with good food . Service staff are very good as well
10, 10, 10! Harbor view room was lovely! This property is incredible! Location is perfect as many things are within walking distance. Can't think of a negative thing to say as the property, rooms, staff, breakfast were all wonderful!

It was on the water, in a great area, walking distance form many historic sites. Loved the brick structures in the area, including this hotel.

Great hotel on Boston Harbor. We walked everywhere. It is super close to Faneuil Market, 5 minute walk. Right next to the aquarium. Beautiful view of the harbor. Only thing is a $30 daily charge but you could use it towards the eateries in the hotel or room service. Definitely would book it again!

Some receptionists weren't clear about charges. Room service worker was friendly and accommodating. Service at restaurant was slow. First floor cafe was good and convenient.

Absolutely no complaints. Clean, nice sized rooms, easy access to the airport from the subway, you can walk to basically anything would absolutely recommend especially for new time visitor.

Happy 50th to me, beautiful view of the harbor. Comfy bed, nice clean room. Coffee in the room is terrible, not a bold coffee fan an you can bring your own to use in the machine. Pool area could use some updates. Your looking out onto the harbor an night line the inside should be colorful and in inviting.

Absolutely perfect hotel! Great location, awesome pool and views, room was updated and clean! Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Perfect weekend in Boston with the family and 2 kiddos. We will definitely be staying here next time.

Feels like the cleaning service of the hotel isn’t that great. The first room we got there was something that was brown smeared on the light switch, and looked like tooth paste on the shower glass and the mirror still. Overall the hotel room was okay but at the price point there are newer and nice hotels you can stay at. Not a lot around the hotels if you’re looking for a quiet place then it might work better for you. That being said it might be busier in the summer.

Great Family Friendy Hotel in Boston. Walkable location to lots of wonderful things to do and places to eat, Kind staff and a pool for the kiddos to jump in. Fitness center was well appointed and we enjoyed breakfast at their restaurant too. Just FYI pool is small but its perfect for kids. We would reccomend!

I liked that it was pretty central to anything you'd be interested in, didn't like that there was a pretzel on my bed frame.

Nice hotel but lacked some things
We enjoyed the location of this hotel m. It was near everything we wanted to see for the weekend. We got a room with a Harbor view, and originally were were placed in a room that did not have that view. They accommodated us by switching us to a new room, although I still think it’s a partial harbor view. The pool was over crowded many days and nights. Kids were unruly and jumping in the pool and splashing us an insane amount of times. Would be nice to have a lifeguard for busy holiday weekends. The $30 fee that can go back into the restaurant wasn’t that great. The food and drinks are overpriced and not that good, so we ended up paying a bill anyway, since it didn’t cover much. We did appreciate the free Trolley passes. That was great for a cold weekend!
