By booking, guests agree that the host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the property. We are also not liable for loss of personal belongings or valuables. Guests accept full responsibility for themselves and any invitees while using the premises.

We use Ring (exterior security cameras) and NoiseAware (indoor noise level monitoring) for your safety and to ensure compliance with local noise regulations.

The home appears freshly updated and is very clean. The kitchen is well equipped. A washer and dryer is available in the basement of the building.It is a short walk from the home to the MBTA station. Grocery stores are available nearby.The host, Jenny, responds quickly.

Overall we were very pleased with our stay. The property is clean and well-kept and the host is very responsive. We were disappointed to discover that the listed cost of the house is for 5 guests. Beyond that, there is an additional fee per guest, which we didn’t think was very clear initially. There are also a large amount of rules regarding guests (even daytime guests) and cooking (there isn’t a normal sized pan to even cook some eggs in the morning) that didn’t heavily impact us, but we weren’t aware of the strict policies until days before the stay. I also think that it would be extremely tight to have 12 guests in the space. We had 7 adults and that was pushing it. The area seems relatively safe, but I wouldn’t feel comfortable walking alone at night. It was great to have reserved parking in the back and walking to the T was convenient.

This rental was immaculate. The host responded promptly to any questions we had. The two beds we used were very comfortable. The couch was not. Tv too large for main room viewing comfortably. There was only a 6 inch skillet for cooking. No other pots or pans. We were advised of a noise ordinance whereby anything loud was prohibited after 10 pm…i don’t think this applied to the other floors of this unit as heavy shoes walking above us every 3 hours or so and clumping up and down stairs. Also on a different night there was extremely loud speaking until almost 11. This was also noted by previous renters and has not been resolved. The night noises were a drawback. The unit was recently redone and perhaps by the owners as figuring out the hot/cold in bathrooms and kitchen was difficult. The hot water took extremely long and the water lines were reversed so that cold came out the hot tap and vice versa.

Lovely apartment
This property was exactly as advertised. Very clean, lots of extra touches such as hair dryers in both bathrooms, body wash, liquid soap, lots of dishes, cookware (although we didn't use any). Mr and Mrs. Lee were extremely responsive to any issues or questions we had. Also, large washers and dryers (3 sets) in basement as well as laundry detergent and softener (no dryer sheets, but that was not a big deal). Just one small hiccup when we found a fair amount of ants in the kitchen. There was ant spray in the basement and Mr. Lee brought another bottle over in case we needed it. It had been very rainy in Boston and it is ant season so it was a minor inconvenience. They responded so quickly and politely. The beds were comfortable. However there were no dressers with drawers to put clothes into, only the closets, which were not very big. We managed but that would be a nice addition to the rooms. I just wish the home was a bit closer to downtown Boston as we did not have a car and relied on the subway (T) and Uber, but we got a lot of exercise walking!
