Hidden on a quiet street in Milton, safe family neighborhood. It is conveniently located on the bus stop and closes to all major Highways I93/95\. From the #215 bus transferring to the MBTA Red Line and minutes from downtown Boston. Steps away from restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, fast food and coffee shops Enjoy relaxation after a busy day in a small corner for gym, game and reading neatly located in the common room in the apartment’s attic, equipped with a 70-inch smart TV. Everything is carefully selected and meticulously decorated, bringing a feeling of closeness and conveying the host's heart to guests. Access to the space is through the main or back doors of the house. Please be aware, climbing stairs is required for access. There are no shared spaces but the main doors. The home has more than ample sleeping accommodations and has 5 bedrooms to accommodate travelers. The house can accommodate 18 guests with 5 bedrooms, one full bath, living room, kitchen and dinning area on the 2nd floor and 2 bedrooms, one full bathroom on the 3rd floor. Especially, there is a children bedroom on the 3rd floor (in the attic) with lovely decorations and books. Each stair has about 10 -12 steps. Unwind in the well-decorated living room with the smart TV 55inch and kitchen, flooded with natural light from the windows. Sink into the cozy sofa or gather around the wooden dining table for memorable meals. Enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in the master bedroom, furnished with a king size bed with a smart TV. Other bedrooms are perfect for kids or other singles, featuring bunk beds. Each smart TV is equipped for every bedroom. We live on a friendly, tight-knit and quiet street, please plan a quiet stay. Friendly pets, if they are trained. There are 2 car parking lots, one in the garage and one in front of your garage, freely park on the street also. Any extra or unexpected guests must be notified before checking in. There will be extra charges. No extra guests are allowed on the property without prior agreement. Any visitors, overnight guests without previous approval from us, or joining in any illegal activities in our property will result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund. 4\. Please also be mindful of our neighbors, and keep the noise to a normal level, especially when coming or leaving early in the morning or late at night. The quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM 6\. Our kitchen is limited for light cooking only and not intended for heavy cooking for a large group. 7\. An additional cleaning fee will be charged, if an excessive amount of mess you left behind or stains on the rugs or carpets, that requires special cleaning services. 8\. Guests agree to book under the understanding that the hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises, and that the hosts are not responsible for the loss of guests' personal belongings or valuables and that, by accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm to themselves arising from their use of the premises or to others whom they invite to use the premise. 9\. We use Ring and Noise Aware in our homes. Ring is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system installed in the living room that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations. 10\. We have exterior only security cameras for the safety of both our guests and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video outside all entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever. (\*) NOTE FOR THE PET LOVERS: \- The extra fee will be charged for EVERY PET together. One thing I will say is that before our stay I received numerous messages cautioning us to be quiet for the neighbors. She reminded us that there was a decibel monitoring device in the family room to warn if the noise was too loud. There are neighbors in the bottom half of the house. The number of emails made me hesitant, wondering if Jenny would be checking and monitoring us regularly throughout our stay. However, my worries were in vain. Adorable apartment, very clean. Great, convenient location with easy access to major highways. Jen was great to communicate with and provided recommendations for places to go in the area. The apartment was clean and spacious for our large group. The two deeded parking spaces were very useful as we had folks driving in from different places. The showers were quite nice and there were plenty of towels. The bunk beds with larger lower bunks were incredibly helpful. The location is fantastic as it’s just a peaceful 5 min walk to the Fruit Center!One thing I would note is that like many Boston homes, this one is older and there are certain things to account for, including slightly steep stairs and fewer power outlets. Several rooms would benefit from adding power strips and extension cords! ##### Ben A.
