The bright and spacious living room will welcome you for convivial moments, during which you can enjoy a patio and a bright balcony. The fully equipped kitchen, with a large countertop, will allow you to cook just like at home, with all the necessary equipment. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster. A bathroom with shower and double basin and 2 bedrooms make up the sleeping area of the flat. The first bedroom has a queen size bed (160 cm) and the second one has two single beds (90 cm). You will be staying in the historical heart of Bordeaux, and will be able to take advantage of all the good addresses and places of interest in the immediate vicinity of the flat. There is a noise detector "Minut" on site. DEPOSIT A bank imprint of €500 will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Stripe, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card. Within 2 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled. GETTING AROUND From Mérignac Airport: Take bus 1 from the Mérignac Aéroport stop to the Gambetta Mériadeck stop and walk 5 minutes. From the Gare Saint Jean: Take tram line C or D from Gare St Jean to Quinconces and walk 7 minutes. To park your car, street parking is free only from 7 pm to 9 am and on Sundays and public holidays. The flat does not have a car park, the public parking "Grands Hommes" is located 500 meters from the flat. The price for parking is €20 per day. C’est notamment le cas pour la literie, la vaisselle, les couverts et les instruments de cuisine. Le lit de la chambre principale était confortable. Les communications avec le responsable de l’entreprise de location qui annonce cet unité sur Abritel ont cependant été laborieuses. D’abord parce que les photos affichées sur le site (ainsi que certaines caractéristiques telle la présence d’un ascenseur) au moment de la réservation ne correspondaient à l’unité effectivement offerte (une inversion entre deux unités a-t-il mentionné comme explication), ensuite parce qu’à quelques reprises, certains de nos messages par courriel (mail) sont restés sans réponse. Autre bémol : les chaises, les sièges-coussins (de style sac-haricot) et le sofa qui équipent l’appartement sont très inconfortables. Ensuite, le lave-linge dont devait être équipé l’appartement était dysfonctionnel puisque la porte de l’appareil avait été arraché, semble-t-il par le locataire précédent. Inside the apartment was clean and in good condition, except that some of the lights didn’t work. The entry into the apartment felt very run down and the winding uneven steps were not well lit.
