Loved everything about it. The reception desk was so friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful and the coffee and treats in the hall area were a wonderful surprise. The breakfast was great. Thank you!!

Rooms are smaller than average. Most of them have no windows (a bit claustrophobic). Fire alarm went off early morning (which according to staff happens often due to shower steam and over sensitive fire detectors). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Perfect location.

The room was nice, comfortable bed. Some street noise. Breakfast was very good, but slow service. Our waitress was super nice but it seemed like she could have used more help. Roof top bar was awesome. Parking was a bit of a challenge to find since it was on another property.

The place is supper clean, staff very helpful and accommodating. The room did not have a window. We had a fire alarm early in the morning and it sounded it is a frequent occurrence due to the steam room malfunction.

Room was spacious and clean. Rooftop bar was cute and the free breakfast was a nice amenity. I checked in at night (7pm) and had some issues with my room that could not be addressed until the next day due to lack of staff (maintenance) availability. House keeping was daily and always refreshed towels and robe but did not always remove used glassware or all garbage (pizza box).

The location is perfect with excellent ambience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Did not use the breakfast facilities nor the bar. Would have loved to have a microwave in the room. The shower pressure was on the lower side otherwise everything was excellent.

The rooftop lounge is a nice place to have a drink, and they have heaters but there weren’t very many of them and people were crowded around them because it was cold so we took our drinks back to our room. The robes in the room are a nice touch. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good but the menu was small. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is located in downtown and is walkable to shops and restaurants.
