The only issue was the wrong access code for the building was sent via a message. After trying it multiple times I checked my email and a different code was sent after the checkin time. »

« We stayed in this apartment for two nights and spent New Year’s Eve there. Everything was perfect.The apartment is very well laid out, the kitchen is fully equipped, and everything is thoughtfully designed and of good quality. « Die Unterkunft hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, zweckmäßig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Von Küchenutensilien bis hin zu Brettspielen war alles vorhanden und alles in ruhiger Lage. Das Vermieterehepaar war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, gute Kommunikation. Nur zu empfehlen gerade wenn man in das nicht so weit entfernte Phantasialand möchte. »

« Complicated communication. I had to write to have the room number. The chamber number is not noted in the application of the electronic opening. I was on the street there is no curtain while there are windows in front of. We must close the obscuring curtain. It's a shame the studio is nice and functional. No sponge to clean. »

"The rooms are spacious but not very functional. There was a water leak next to the toilet but it didn't get fixed despite requesting it twice. It is not always easy to turn on/off the lights. You need to press several times the buttons. The service in the hotel is the worst I have ever experienced. I arrived a couple of hours before check-in time and my room was not ready. No problem, I totally understand and went for lunch. I come back around 15:15 and my room was still not ready. No solution was found except please wait. I finally got my room at 15:30 after insisting. There is no power plugs in the room next to the desk. I asked for an extension cable and the answer I got was "we do not have, please buy it yourself". I finally realized myself that I could move the TV and found a plug there. "
