Recently we’ve added an outdoor shower and patio. Located close to the action; fishing, hiking, hunting, horse races, golfing, or just relaxing and enjoying all that the Lake George region has to offer. We provide all high quality linens (towels and bedding), toiletries, and basic kitchen needs. Perfect spot to relax in any season Fall, Winter, Spring, & Summer! You can eat breakfast on the screened in porch or walk just down the block to the local 'country diner'. This is the perfect location for a family friendly holiday. We are located walking distance to all of the restaurants, bars, shops, antique stores, beaches, boat rentals of all kinds, and even Happy Jacks (your kids will love you for it). The Sagamore Resort is less than a 1/2 mile and the golf course is close by. We are nestled at the base of a mountain and have a large yard, firepit and grill for you to enjoy. Our home has plenty of room to spread out and several quiet areas to sit and relax. Come enjoy a beautiful stay in the heart of Bolton Landing. There are beds for 8! But you can bring an air mattress for additional guests. The four bedrooms and two bathrooms were clean and the beds allowed for restful sleep. We were celebrating a birthday weekend and were happy to find that the kitchen offered everything we needed to enjoy the food that we brought with us. The location to shops and restaurants was a nice quick walk. This was our first time to Lake George and Bolton. We would definitely love to stay at this lovely home again. Bobbi Jo was very fast to communicate and answer any questions we had. We were also able to enjoy a later check out on Sunday which was very much appreciated. It doesn’t feel like a VRBO, but in the best way. You can tell people actually live and love the house and we felt right at home. Easy communication with the Bobbi Jo and the most perfect screened in porch for nighttime hangs. We even had some storms come through that was a dream to sit out on the porch. The house has a cabin/Adirondack camp feel to it. It has everything you need for a quality visit. It has lots of space and it’s a very quick walk to town. The teenage kids enjoyed the freedom of walking through town, going out for breakfast/ice cream, and visiting the beaches. There are numerous places to eat and drink in town. There isn’t a ton of privacy at the house since there are apartments and another home directly behind the house (the driveway and garbage bins are shared). This property is hard to beat in terms of location, size, and value. Overall everyone was very comfortable, has a nice, big grill for cooking, and a nice TV and Wii for less than perfect weather days. The owner was also super responsive in case anything came up. We had a fantastic stay in Bolton Landing. The hosts were amazing and very accommodating. House is in a great location, 2 minutes walk from the Main Street in Bolton Landing. The heat was a little weird. Would have been nice to know that the upstairs bedrooms with the exception of the master, did not have heat. A Keurig coffee pot would also be nice. The living spaces are so comfortable and welcoming. My family really enjoyed themselves, eating, talking, and watching movies, and when we needed to be alone, the house was big enough for people to go off and do their own thing. Beautiful old house that was perfect for our family get away! It was clean and family friendly with a safety gate, play yard, and high chair on premises which were perfect for the two kids under two that were with us. It also had a nice big side yard for the kids to play on and was only a short walk from town. Overall very happy with our stay! ##### Nadine K. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable and best of all centrally located. A quick 5 minute walk down the road and your in the cute town of Bolton Landing enjoying little shops and restaurants. We had a very nice time. Would be nice if there was an additional bathroom upstairs only because we had elderly adults having to climb the stairs, but we managed. Definitely would recommend renting this if your looking. ##### Maria B.
