"The hotel has been excellent. Lovely, friendly, helpful staff, Very well maintained and spotless rooms. A large range of food for breakfast and a wonderful secret garden for relaxing after a wonderful day exploring Bologna. Also a little haven for pre or post dinner drinks. Close enough to the old town for a stroll through the porticos but not swamped with tourists. Thoroughly recommend it."

"The hotel is well-placed opposite the station and within easy walking distance of the centre of Bologna. It has lovely gardens to the rear. Reception and bar staff very professional and helpful. The room was clean and newly refurbished. Pillows much too soft, options needed. Floor of shower feels slippery. Breakfast disappointing. Empty yoghurt fridge and orange juice not re-filled when depleted. Bread had run out and not replaced. Crockery not replaced during busy service."
