This hotel is full of criminals. They treat the guests like inmates. I had a female friend that came over with a pizza to share with me and in order for her to come to my room I had to pay a fee… ridiculous !! Then I checked out one day early and they refused to refund the day. Finally, they charged me a taxi service for 58.000 pesos to take me tona restaurant and the exact same service returning from that restaurant was 22.600 pesos. They ripped me off. They are thiefs and criminals and the hotel is run like a prison. I WILL NEVER stay there again.

According to your refund request, it is neccesary to clear up that you should ask it to EXPEDIA because you made the reservation with them. For the other hand, the transport fees are different than regular ones because it is tourits transport and you will find an available vehicle at any time you need it. At Wyndham Hotels and Resorts continually strive to fulfill the expectations of our guests. Thanks a lot for taking the time to share us your concerns and we work to provide you a better service in the future.

Hi, I had a situation. I had food poison. Stay in bed at the hotel for four days. At the first day I requested help for one employee Harold and he just ignored and laugh at my face. I got very upset because I was feeling bad. Later I found Daniel that helped me and requested medicine at a local Pharmacy. Other than that I will be back to this hotel. Thank you!

There was a delay on my flights and got at six in the morning. There were no towels, bathroom floor was not clean, there were still hair on the floor. I know the delay is not the hotels, but the room should’ve been ready.

I don’t have enough words to describe the kindness and attentiveness the personal at this hotel offers to their customers. The area is awesome, surrounded by great restaurants, there is a plaza in the middle of the Wyndham and the Fairfield with umbrella to sit down and enjoy coffee from Juan Valdez or beer from BBC . There is always security everywhere. So you don’t have to look behind your shoulder . The breakfast is very good , lots of choices and again people are there to help you!

The EXECUTIVE LEVEL is the way to go because of all the extras you receive. Unfortunately they don't promote this. The Wyndham has a LOT to offer from many good restaurants to entertainment like the Casino and La Gran Estación shopping center. Once at your room they don't pickup the phone at the reception or concierge....too bad. I had guests and they didn't allow me to show them the restaurant area at the LEVEL which was EMPTY ALL THE TIME of my stay. The breakfast buffet at the regular restaurant was ALWAYS COLD. They didn't let their guests know that you can order eggs different style....too bad. Finally the the service in person at the reception is VERY GOOD and the room's are VERY NICE. You feel welcome ALL the time.

The room had a balcony which was not accessible. Besides, the room we were given was close to a shaft or something where there was a continuous noise all night long.

We stayed 11 nights in a King Suite. Family members were staying in two other rooms. The photos in their website undersell the Suite. It was spacious and well designed with dual entry to the bathroom. There was also a large balcony with table and chairs. The breakfast was excellent with a full choice of fruit, cereals, yoghurt, cold meats and vegetables and cooked dishes which changed each day. The staff were very helpful, especially Nicholas, even though they had limited English. The airport shuttle was efficient. There were multiple dining options adjacent to the hotel.

The executive suite was very comfortable for a week’s stay. We especially liked having a living room and separate bedroom since I like to go to bed a bit earlier and my husband likes to watch tv. The suite also had 2 bathrooms! This Wyndham had the best breakfast selections daily, with varying and delicious options. A convenient shuttle to the airport was a bonus. Excellent, convenient hotel
