Great resort experience overall. The buffet and restaurants were excellent, and the staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Special thanks to Angelique/Angela, Astrid, and Yami for going above and beyond—they truly made our stay even more enjoyable.

The property is dated and amenities are not as good as their sister properties. The 1BR suite we stayed in had some cracked floor tiles, the cabinets were worn out, and they were very skimpy on the towels for some reason - one big towel, one washcloth per person staying. The shampoo, body wash, etc. was not good at all. This was unexpected given the price. I was expecting at least cruise ship quality toiletries.
There are also timeshare guests staying on property. With not everyone being all inclusive, you need to sign a receipt every time you get a drink. This was a hassle compared to other all-inclusive resorts. It was an OK experience. The other Divi properties (Aruba and Tamarijn) seemed much nicer at a similar to slightly higher price point.

The pool was very enjoyable. It has two hot tubs and the staff has entertainment during the day. The swim up bar is excellent. The bartenders work very hard and are quick with your drink.
The resort is very clean and the staff is so helpful Cannot wait to go back.
